These folks were great - would use them again for sure. We have a custom row house that would not fit over the counter baby gates. They quickly installed the new gates, which are much more secure than anything over the counter. A little pricey, but well worth it in the long run.

My two cents is: maybe consider hiring them to do an assessment, but check their work carefully and do the installation yourself or hire a handyman. We scheduled an assessment for a workday and arranged our days around it. They sent an email (no phone call) cancelling 45 minutes before the 11:30 start time. They did reschedule for the next day when we complained. But, they missed some important things in our assessment and did our quote wrong twice. The final time we asked them to rewrite the quote to reflect the choices we clearly made in an email, they were snarky about it. They also included some previously unmentioned up-charges for installation when we bought our own (identical) materials. We went ahead with the install anyway. When I came home, my baby found a drill bit left lying on her changing table. I found choking-size bits of plaster on the ground, and a drawer lock installed improperly on the knife drawer. We thought we were being safer by having the "baby proofing experts" come to our house, but we would have been better off doing it ourselves or hiring a handyman If you're like us, hiring a service to do baby proofing is a significant expense that you seek out to make things safe and easier. These guys charge a fortune and made us feel nickeled and dimed and taken for granted. They also made some dangerous mistakes. Now I feel like I have to go check everything they did. This is a business badly in need of a competitor.
