+ -1 moreVery well. Everything was finished in a workman-like manner, using quality materials. A temporary, sturdy "tent" was built over the work area when rain was in the forecast. (This "tent" held firm against several days of heavy rain, when no work could otherwise be done.) Final cleanup was exceptionally complete, and disturbed soil was raked smooth.
Description of Work: Renovation of below-grade basement exit and stairway. This included excavation and waterproofing of outer surfaces of the cement-block retaining walls; soil refill; removal of original, failed parging on all weather-exposed surfaces (steps and retaining wall); cleaning and mortar repair of those exposed surfaces; reparging; and replacement of the basement door and door frame.

Description of Work: Remodeled entire kitchen, installing new cabinets and appliances, replacing lighting and designing new pantry. Completed multiple renovations to entire house, on interior and exterior.
