They showed up on time and did a great job. They cut down and removed a large (probably about 40') Red Oak, removed an already fallen tree and performed some pruning of a tree that was encroaching upon my house. The left no mess and only a minimal amount of tracks on my property from the equipment. They crew was very nice to my young children who were very interested in all of the machinery and the work going on in our yard.

They did a very good job. We were very pleased with them. They arrived when they said they would. Their pricing was reasonable. They came in uniform and in company vehicles. There were four of them, and they worked very hard. We intend to hire them again in the spring. UPDATE: Firewood Delivery- We got a half cord of 80% oak, 20% mixed local hardwoods. We're happy with the quality of this wood, cut to 18" length. Cost was $100 for delivery (we live near their facility) and $30 for stacking. The wood was delivered and stacked quickly by two pleasant guys, wearing Wolff t-shirts. They called first to make sure we were here.

Ben is thoroughly professional in every respect - in addition to being an expert in his field. He arrived on time for our initial meeting and, as promised, gave us a written estimate at the end of this meeting. Work was then scheduled at a convenient time for us, and was completed on time. Work sites were left clean and tidy. We are now planning further yard maintenance for Ben to carry out on a regular basis - we have every confidence in him and have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Ben was great! He was a little late, but 6pm on. a Friday night in Baltimore - to be expected! Very responsive - called and had the wood the same week. Lit fire the first night - wood seems good. I may use his landscaping services this spring! Very professional and personable.

We tried Wolff based on positive Angie list reviews. Ben was up front regarding delivery costs, and his cost per cord is very reasonable. Ben was willing to work with me to drop the wood in the yard and not the driveway. On the day of delivery, Ben was delayed, and he called promptly to let us know, and provide a new estimated time. I really appreciate that kind of courtesy, it shows respect for the customer. When Ben arrived in his truck, and I saw how much wood was in it, I immediately asked him if the entire load was my order. Ben told me it was, and maneuvered his truck into my yard to dump the wood, paying special attention to avoid damaging landscaping. I have stacked the delivered wood in a rack set I built based on what another company sold me as two cords of wood. I have filled the racks, AND THERE IS STILL MORE WOOD TO STACK. When Ben sells you a cord of wood you get a full cord of wood, 128 cubic feet. I highly recommend this company.

Ben and his team arrived on time and worked efficiently and professionally until the job was done. His expertise and conscientious attention to safety were evident throughout this tricky operation, which went off without a hitch. Ben even kindly accommodated a couple of extra requests. His price was very reasonable and his work was top-notch. We've been buying our firewood from Wolff for a number of years, but this is the first time we saw him running such a big operation. It was impressive. We will continue to wholeheartedly recommend this company to friends, neighbors, family, and you.

Ben and his team arrived on time and, after clarifying specifically what needed to be done, got right to work. He and the team took particular care not to damage the yard or plantings. One of the crew even used a gas-powered leaf blower to removed the twigs and debris from the yard. Using the proper tools/machines, Ben and the team worked quickly and efficiently and were done before noon, well ahead of schedule.

This was a gift for my son and his family. I cannot remember exact date or exactly what I paid - but whatever I paid was extraordinarily reasonable and exactly what I was quoted for delivery and stacking. My son raved about the guy who delivered who I am almost certain is the owner and the person I dealt with on the phone. He was prompt, polite and helpful. We will definitely be getting this winter's supply of firewood from Wolff's.

He and his crew worked efficently to get the job done. They made sure to understand what I wanted cut back and what to leave intact. I also had him plant an ornamental tree in my front yard. At the end of the job, they cleaned up and removed all cut branches. Very pleased with their performance and would recommend.

EXCELLENT WORK!! I called Ben Wolff for a free estimate to have 2 trees removed, 3 stumps grinded down, our flower gardens weeded, edged and mulched. We also wanted our gutters cleaned before the flower beds were done. He got back to us immediately and gave us a written quote on the spot. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at the time he said he would be here. His equipment was clean and very impressive. He brought 2 other workers with him. They worked non stop all day. They first took the 2 trees down that were about 75ft tall. Amazing to watch considering they were up close to a shed. You cannot beat a man at his trade. He stacked the trees up for us in a neat pile (which is what we wanted). Grinded the stumps and cleaned the area up completely. He came with a dumpster to take away all the debris. They then started on the gardens. We have gardens all the way around our home so while 2 guys started with them, Ben cleaned out our gutters. They edged our gardens beautifully, pulled all the weeds and layed about 15 yards of mulch. They cleaned up after and left nothing behind. I would definitely hire them again! He is a young, local business owner that is making a great name for himself. We were so impressed with him at our initial meeting that we never did call anyone else for a quote.

I found them to be very professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They arrived when they said they would with about 4 men and large equipment. They were able to do everything I asked in a very efficient manner. They took away all debris. This is one of my favorite companies. I would use them above anyone else.

It was excellent quality firewood and the company offered good pricing. They were prompt and easy to work with.

So far, he is the cheapest I have found. They had very good wood with premium quality in a very good price. He is very fast. When you need the wood, he comes the next day or two days afterwards. He is very kind. When you need something, he is there.

I told him that I usually get 5 cords a season, so he said to save me money he would cut up and deliver 2.5 cords so that I was paying the delivery cost fewer times. So he went out of his way to save me money. It was very clean, good wood. I definitely would use them again. I felt that from what I paid in previous years, this was a good price.

We will use them again in the future if required.

Working with Wolff Tree and Landscape, especially the owner, was a pleasure. I more than got my money's worth. Ben Wolff, the owner, has outstanding customer relationship skills and is an excellent communicator. He made sure that every bit of the work performed was as contracted and the house and yard never looked so good. His staff was professional, well trained and very cognizant of safety throughout the work period. The owner recently graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Arboriculture (that's "trees" to the rest of us) and then he started his business. This IS NOT one of those landscaping companies that started on a whim, the owner is really educated in this stuff! Our neighbor recommended the company to us, we met with the owner, went through what work we wanted to have done and then we received an estimate for the work. The owner's knowledge of agriculture and trees was evident when we'd discuss the work to be done and what was necessary to remove the trees. The company employs Certified Maryland Tree Experts, provided proof of insurance, and is licensed to perform work. Our work required a lot of different types of equipment (Bobcat, stump grinder, tree climbing equipment, heavy-duty roll-off trucks, chipper, crane, dumpsters, etc.) and Wolff Tree and Landscape had all of it except the crane. They have a partnership with a large crane company and it was clear that they have worked together numerous times. In all, the work took approximately a week to complete. Even with some rain interfering, they finished when they said they would. I've recommended to my neighbors and friends. I got estimates for this work from companies like Bartlett and Brickman. I am very glad I went with Wolff Tree and Landscape, not only did I save money, I also received outstanding tree services that are based in science....not some guy just looking to take down a tree.
