Description of Work: called, and was told that we lived too far away,although the company's Angie's List discription of services clearly states Baltimore County as one of their service areas. I find this company misleading and promoting false promises... beware!

We have made it clear to our Angie’s List Rep that we do not service certain areas of Baltimore County. This is one of those areas that I (Travis Fogle One of the Owners of Triangle) personally told our Angie’s List Rep that we do NOT service that area because it is over 1hour from our office and we would not be able to provide the A-1 rated service that we strive for! The customer above was politely told that we do not service that area by my Office Manager and then by myself. She then offered to pay us double but of course we said no because it’s not about the money it’s about being able to provide quality service. We are an A RATED company with Angie’s List, 2012 Super Service Award Winner, And a 5 STAR Rated Company. We could not achieve these things if we did not care about our customers and the quality of service that we provide. I do feel that the rating that was given to us by the customer is very unfair and unjust.

Description of Work: Overall they were very good but very frustrating at one point because they did not clean out the mice under the refrigerator that I had mentioned as the first indication of problem, so there was a return :-( But, all is fine now.

Description of Work: They found mouse burrows in the attic [of long duration, though we have had mice in the house only fairly recently]. Told us all the insulation had to be removed and replaced. Also, decontamination and anti-pheramone spryaing. The service was performed in one block of time. Service people were polite and competent. The "scare tactics" used to convince us we needed the service were off-putting. A rational discussion would have been better. A month has passed and the man who does the followup told me that there is nothing going on in the attic and there were no mice found in the two large, baited traps they set. If this remains the case, we are very satisfied.

Fine job overall.
Description of Work: The technician inspected inside and outside of house (only lower half of house) for any openings. Sealed up a couple of places. Went up to the attic and dealt with dead mice in traps. Recommended services their company does for pulling out old insullation and putting in new. Talked a lot about the diseases that mice carry. Was this a scare tactic? I don't know...

Description of Work: Tenants in my commercial bldg were complaining of a (rodent) odor but we could not find its location. Triangle brought in an ozone spray to get rid of the odor. Their employee, however, stayed on the job and looked for and identified the origin of the problem which was a huge help.
