He showed up on time, the scheduling was very easy and we were pleased with the overall service.

Tanner was very friendly and courteous. However, when shown the areas in the basement with evidence of mice he quickly turned to asking about the attic. I showed him the attic and he went up to inspect. He returned and said the attic was infested/contaminated. I tried to climb the ladder and look myself but was warned not to look without a respirator. He explained the insulation would need to be removed and replaced. He then quoted a price of $4,980!!! We then had Brody Brothers come inspect and give us an estimate. The Brody inspector focused on the basement where the mouse evidence was and within a half hour had located the point of entry AND showed me by taking photos. Brody also carefully inspected the attic and found very little evidence of mouse activity. The Brody inspector laughed when I asked if the attic insulation had to be replaced. Be forewarned, if Triangle says you have mouse issues in your attic you should definitely insist they show you before you spend nearly $5K.

NOT WELL AT ALL!! The inspector brought up a picture of what appeared to be a snake and scared me to death. Of course, I paid them to remove it, but I never saw it. Then, too late, I called my snake expert who had successfully eliminated mice and snakes from my home. He proved to me that there had NEVER been a snake there; the inspector just put in a fake snake, knowing that I could not go downstairs due to my disability. In short, he lied to just get money.

The Tech called me 30 minutes prior so I could leave work to meet him. He was waiting on me and spent about 1 hour looking in garage, basement and attic for signs of mice.

I have a contract with them. They've been coming out to my home every month just to do treatments. I like them so much that I've recommended them to my friends and even my neighbor has been using them! Even when I have an infestation or an emergency, I can call them up and they'll come out to my home so promptly. They're excellent! They're very punctual. They always come within the window of time that they give me! Also, the price is extremely reasonable compared to other pest control companies that I've used in the past. They also give discounts for different treatments all the time. I've even recommended them to my homeowner's association to use for the common areas in my neighborhood!

I still have ants in the basement and the front walk. The told me if I had any problems within the next 15 days that I should call and they would come out and take care of it. When I called to ask for a repeat performance I was told that they had already put 128 gallons of spray on my property and they had to wait 15 days before they could come out again. The person that did the spraying had a 3 gallon backpack that he never refilled. I was with him the whole time. He never left my sight. He could not have refilled his three gallon tank over 46 times in order to put that much chemicals on my property.

They arrived promptly. One worker came inside and sprayed while the other sprayed outside the house. They explained what they would be doing and told us to call if we saw evidence of insects in the house. They also made sure there were no dead animals inside the house (my wife thought she had smelled a possible dead animal).

Had just bought a house in mid-April and noticed a bunch of active birds nests behind front window shutters. Met with the son-in-law of the owner of the company on 4/18/2016 for a consultation to remove birds nests and to get an estimate of the cost for removal of the nests and related pest control. Drew, the son-in-law, advised that they could remove the nests, spray for bird mites, and put screening up to keep the birds from nesting there again. He further explained that they would need to spray inside and out, and come back in a month to repeat the spraying process. This would cost $205 for both treatments. Additionally, they would start coming out every other month after the proposed May service (circa July) to spray and treat for all other pests such as ants, bees, mites, spiders and whatever else for a bimonthly fee of $69. He assured me that if a pest problem should arise in between treatments, I could call and receive added service at no additional cost. (Oh, and I forgot to mention at the initial consultation that I was an Angie's List member.) ...Well, things sure haven't worked out as I was advised. A technician did come out on 4/19 and removed most of the birds nests, sprayed outside the window, and put screening up behind the shutters. He said it wasn't necessary to spray inside the house. The next day, there were bird mites everywhere! I had to take the drapes down and throw them out because there were so many. I got bitten up badly trying deal with the infestation and clean up. I even delayed my move-in another month until I was sure the problem was under control. When I called to try to get a technician out to address the problem, no one would return my calls. It took me several days to get in touch and to convince anyone that a technician needed to come back out to spray inside and outside the house! After much persistence, a technician came out on 4/28. After that, the problem cleared up in about two weeks. (Oh, when I later mentioned that I was an Angies List member and asked if I could use the coupon from Angies List for my next service, I was told that the coupon (which didn't state this) was only good for an initial service and they would not honor it!) Then I was told that I would not be getting another treatment until sometime around 6/16 because they counted the 4/28 treatment I needed for the bird mites as the follow-up treatment that I was to get 30 days after the initial service (circa 5/19). Therefore, they do not honor what the son-in-law marketed. I have needed to call two other times concerning pest problems; still not addressed or resolved. This last time (today 6/3) I was told that since I was calling about a different problem (flies), there would likely be an additional charge because flies were not covered in my service contract and they weren't even sure what the treatment would be. Each time I called, I was told that staff would need to consult with their pest control technician and then they would call me back. It never happened either time! This company is too difficult to work with and they do not stand by what they market! I'm canceling my business with them and going with another provider.

He came out and gave us a price on repairs due to damage done by the raccoon and animal removal. Was told that would have the work done a week before Mother's Day. I was assured this work would be done before Mother's Day and when the repair guys were out they had seen the raccoon, but couldn't do anything for me since they don't do the animal removal. They were able to remove two raccoon's, but when the repair guys returned they said they couldn't do all of the repairs and I had assumed that I would reimbursed for the work that wasn't done, but after bringing this up I was told that it all works out with the additional charges for services that we had never agreed upon. I have yet to hear back about resolving my issues or completing the job they were hired to do. They didn't follow through on the contract.

CONSUMER BEWARE! They sent a guy (said he was son of the owner) who did a "consultation" and said there was a sign of rodents in the attic and all my insulation had to be replace for $5000.00 DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!! It turns out there was no mouse problem and even if there was, all the insulation doesn't necessarily need to be removed. If I had wanted to replace my insulation 5K price is absurd for a townhouse half attic. What is it asbestos toxic waste? These guys must get away with this scam often or they wouldn't try it. For their pest maintenance fee of 60/mo they will put down some poison boxes outside. Not worth it and who wants that around your place where other sorts of animals might get into it? To sum up what they say CANNOT BE TRUSTED and they frequently DO NOT DO services they say they performed. It's hard to believe that they'd get an A from anyone aware of how they operate!

I got the run-around for 2 months and the bees are still swarming! The last visit the tech had the nerve to say he'd take care of the bees after I complained BUT HE DID NOTHING! The office staff try but the techs do no follow instructions and don't call ahead or do what is needed. For over $200 and another $60 charge all I have is some mouse traps. I called for around the 20th time and I was promised a follow up by I never received a response. I've had it! I regret not finding a company to take care of the problem bee ASAP.

Terrible! I did had a mouse problem that I needed addressed and they came to my home to give me a price. The inspection resulted in a "need" to have all the insulation removed in my attic and replaced as well as the mouse traps. The quote was for $5,000. I signed, but then got a 2nd opinion which was 1) that the insulation was not necessary to replace due to mice, but to do so would be improvement as insulation was flattened out over the years and the price, with mouse treatments, was $1500 less. When I canceled, this company tried hard to get me to go with them; even agreeing to do the job for $1,500 less than their estimate to meet the competition's price. I was not comfortable with this service provider.

Everything is okay with their service. We have tenants and they complained really bad about the smell of the spray. They did everything they could to remedy it. They sprayed on the rafters in the basement. We had them respray it again a year later and it didn't smell because they didn't spray on the rafters and they sprayed outside. They didn't charge us more for the second time and we were satisfied.

It ended up going great. I think it's only because Angie's List intervened that they did a great job. When we had them come out, they gave us like a $6000 quote to do something in our house that really didn't need to happen. In the end it was like, "Okay. Are you going to seal up some voids and things like that?" They said, "Well, we have to sent another team out." It took a little bit to get the other team to come out. When they came out, they put lots of the traps. I don't think we're having any issues with mice getting in. Until we reached out to Angie's List, we weren't getting any traction. So, they did a good job.

Additional bi-monthly nominal visit charge per contract. Can pay by check or credit card or soon electronically. Very easy terms in my book! **See above. May use Triangle Home Services for future job to seal up areas in garage.

Just wanted to update that months have gone by, and no signs of attempted entry from field mice, etc. despite the cold. Was worth it!

There were far fewer insects, ants etc indoors during the summer.

It went great....Tony was professional and helpful. I did my research on Angie's List before scheduling the service. The appointment was scheduled for the same day! Highly recommend Triangle Home Services!

They were very friendly and nice. A man came out and looked around a bit and listened to my problems. They were recommending monthly service, which we'd like to get other opinions on. We were expecting to just be able to do $340 deal to take care of our problems. This company doesn't believe that will be enough for us. We'd like to do more research and shop around.

This is second time I purchased the service this year. I was not sure why the ants issue in my house was worse than last year, but after the first two visits from the provider, there were still ants sporadic in the kitchen area. Overall, I was happy with their responsiveness and professionalism.

These guys were excellent. Carpenter Bees were methodically boring wholes in the panels and siding of my wood home. They killed the bees that were visible and then set about exterminating the ones that were nesting within the wood itself. In summary, they were very professional and thorough. Besides getting the job done in a timely fashion, they even gave me a 1 year guarantee. Needless to say, I am very pleased.

Only set one of two traps at first and only where I said I thought I saw the animal activity. Only set the second trap when I raised the question about the it and then only placed it where I asked if the "inspector" saw the area during his inspection (he would have easily been seen if there had actually been an inspection.) At first, the response to reset the traps with bait was great, within 24 hours of the call. Then, it stretched out to days and finally, a week or more. They didn't come out when they said they would and if I called when I got home (late) I was told it was at the end of the day and I should have called earlier. In the end, I told them to come pick up the second trap and give me a prorated refund of my money. Although I was charged $274. for two traps and the contract says it's for one year, the refund was $49. Morgan is wonderful and tries very hard to address customer concerns. The only reason I did not give this company a F is because of Morgan's attitude and the fact that they caught an animal with one of the traps. Of course, even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Easy all around. I was in a hurry preparing for time out of town and hoped I could get this resolved before I left. A quick call had them lined up for same day service when I wasn't at home. I was very impressed with the prompt service and when I returned home to see it removed, I was satisfied with the outcome. Now, I've never had a nest removed by a service so I can't say I know what to expect. A couple of things I noticed: The nest left a residue on the siding that wasn't cleaned so I have to figure out a way to do that myself. The cost seemed "reasonable" but I have no idea how much this type of service might average. I just needed it done. Overall, I'm good and would certainly call them if I need additional help in their area of expertise.

The people that come out are pretty good and prompt. They do good service.

During the nspection found carpenter bees. Eradicated them at no additional cost. Returned a month later for a second treatment.
