They sell the stuff and contract with someone else to deliver it, and there's a lack of coordination between home depot and the contractor. Home Depot told me it would all be delivered within the next week. Then the delivery guy called and said well, they shouldn't give you a delivery date and gave me another one that was two weeks later. When that day came he called and said they were out of stock and it would be another month before delivery. I said that's not acceptable. What happened was they delivered 5 of the 6 things. Basically, Home Depot didn't know what was going on, they sort of sell it and wash their hands clean of it. Basically, it was going to take add 6 weeks for a oven they promised in four days. I called Home Depot and said if this isnt here in a week come back and get all of it. I had to do all the work, I had to call the delivery people and Home Depot. There's a lack of follow up between the sale and the delivery.

The cost was way too much. The overall service was not good. They should honor their sale. I had an issue with that. I saw something and it was supposed to be on sale, and they told me I can't have that sales price, but I needed a refrigerator.
