Steve provided excellent service, very professional and attentive to details, He went above and beyond in the bathroom remodeling. I was told that anything outside the wet space (shower and tub) that they provided for these two bathrooms if I had the items on the date of installation they would installed them for me. Which included the vanity, mirror and towel rods in each bathroom, Steve and his crew clean up their area after each day and after completion of the project. I would recommend Five Star Bath Solution of Annapolis for any bathroom remodeling projects.

The company definitely stands up to their Five Star name. I just had my daughters bathroom remodeled and it looks awesome! The bathtub that was previously there had been reglazed by the former homeowner which ruined the look and feel of the tub. Five Star installed a new bathtub and wall surround for us. We couldnâ t be happier with the final product and look. The team was great to work with throughout the entire project. They were quick, timely, and always willing to answer any questions we had. Very professional group of people and will be using them again soon for our master bathroom.

Excellent work done on bathroom. Great customer service, when I had a question I was answered right away. The salesperson knew everything and had answers and facts about the company. Would recommend for anyone looking to get a bath remodel. Also the price was a steal!

Five Star called me shortly after project was submitted to Home Advisor (same day, June 17). Made appointment to meet at my home on June 26. Salesman arrived at agreed time to estimate my bathroom remodel. He was more interested in using my bathroom than greeting me. He said he had his own bathroom emergency. After using the bathroom (did not wash his hands) he did introduce himself, of which I do not recall. He left no business card or any info. He also did not wear or offer to wear a face mask. He was unprofessional in his presentation of his company and himself. I explained that we had used another contractor to do some other remodeling for my wife and I, but wanted to compare price estimates. He flat out stated," Why don't you just use them". I found this insulting, rude, and very unprofessional. I wanted a price comparison to get the most for my dollars, which I believe to be standard practice when seeking multiple bids. He stated I should have an estimate in a couple of days. It is now July 13 and received nothing. As mentioned he did not leave a business card or any other information, so I can not recall his name. I will not be doing business with a company that is represented in this manner.
