We could not have had a better experience than with your salespeople, Lisa and Rick at Cregger Construction, Inc. During our initial meeting, we were very impressed with their punctuality, knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm. Their commitment to customers was apparent during every interaction we had with them and as a result, our railing project was completed on time and to perfection. We recommend Lisa and Rick and Creggar Construction without hesitation!!

The representative, Cindy, came to my home and took measurements. They wasted my time and never followed up. They suggested material to be used, but, could not provide samples or design for rails. Then they just dissapeared. I would not recommend them for any project in your home.

Repair was done professionally and at a good price.

In May 2018, I signed a contract for Cregger Construction to add stairs to my existing deck. The representative visited my home twice to confirm design and measurements. After signing the contract and telling other contractors I had chosen someone else Cregger Construction refused to do the work saying the job was underbid. Now I'm left having to start all over. I was hoping to have the stairs added to my deck a summer party but that's now impossible. Beware that the contract you sign with their representative might never be honored.

The process from estimation to completion was smooth, quick, and as planned. I was provided with options to make the best selection for wrought iron banisters and red oak rails. The end product was beautiful. I recommend this company and would use them, again. My special thanks to Cregger Construction for making this home improvement stress-free.
