+ -1 moreMark offers service that is prompt, polite and professional. He scheduled a one-hour window with me and called when he arrived in the driveway to be sure I was at home. I showed him where I saw ants and described the problem and he recommended both inside and outside spraying. The pesticide he uses is non-toxic to children and animals, dries quickly, and doesn't have an odor. He provided a timeline (up to 10 days) when I could expect to see results and encouraged me to call back if I have any additional problems. Mark's work is effective, and when he has been here in the past the results have lasted for a long time. I recommend his company without reservation.
Description of Work: Mark sprayed inside and outside for ants, and also added some glue strips to catch spiders in the basement.

Description of Work: We moved into the very beautiful house built in 1907 in August of 2011. It was pretty rainy August and early fall, so we had lots and lots of ants (sugar ants... little black). We tried to use the typical store bought solutions, but nothing worked. We researched local Exterminator - Budget Bugs and called. Mark came on time and went through the whole house, moved furniture himself and sprayed. We noticed the ants were gone pretty soon. They were completely gone from the kitchen and we still had some left-overs in the living room and kids bedroom. I called Mark, he came and sprayed again free of charge. It's been a year (almost) we have no ants :-) Also another story, one night when my husband was traveling for business, I heard scrabbing noise right under my feet. Soon realized, it was mouse or rat... Early in the morning, like at 6am I called Mark. He was at my house at 11am and did complete inspection and put poison all over the place and then outside. I have never been bothered by these animals
