It went well. Its a family owned business. Service is very personalized. They're on top of reminding their clients. They're very punctual, friendly, and reliable.

Great. Crew was on time, knew how to handle a big upright piano and got to the destination in good time.

There price was lower than I thought but he was on time and did a good job. Not sure how to compare pricing.

When calling Kramer's for the move, I spoke with the receptionist, who provided me with Mr. Ed, to help me get a quote for the move. Mr. Ed drew up a quote for me in less than a day and provided it back to me. Given the nature of the move (the destination house had several large steps to deal with); he said that he would offer me a discount if I was able to obtain two additional local piano movers (in the destination area) and was very mindful about cost. We locked in a date for the move and were able to deal with payment terms on the same call. Mr. Ed provided me with very reasonable timeframes (one-hour ranges) for both the pickup at the source and drop-off at the destination. In both instances, the team arrived a few minutes early of the early end of both ranges. This was especially impressive as the source was over an hour from their business; and the destination was over 3 hours from the source. Mr. Don and Mr. Dean did the pickup and delivery at the destination (delivery accompanied by the local piano movers, as noted above). They were efficient, professional and very organized. They were quick to get down to business and get the piano off of the truck and up the steps to the house. They collaborated very well with the hired destination assistant movers and I was amazed how quickly they brought the piano up the steps, into its destination room and assembled the legs and pedals. They also gave me good information regarding how to finish/correct some of the missing ivory keys and to wait some time to get it tuned so it can adapt to its new environment. Also, given the age of the piano, they showed unique factors that are related to its age. They also researched for me (while in the house) the age of the piano, and determined that it was made in 1903. This was a great overall experience given the mileage and steps involved at the house; and they were able to do all of it within one day (a Saturday too!).
