I paid them for 18 months we had about 6 tech . The one who was owner Grandson was the nasty one, he told my Husband he did not need to follow him around he knew what he was doing he was very nasty but my husband in his house he would follow where ever he went. From that point on when he would show up before we would say to him you were suppose to come at 11a.m. with a call when you are on the way. That never happen. When I call and talked to Morgan saying how I have paid every month for the past 18months and had more than when they started, and techs who would not keep the time they were suppose she said I could 3 extra days for free . I only got one day , the next appt. was a no show. When I called Morgan on Monday she said they were closed for a funeral , When I ask her when would I get other two free days she what two I never said that. I told what she had said to me she said I will call you back. Morgan had some one else to call me and said she couldn't find the tape. I fired them that day. I got Orkin the next day the boxes they claimed had bait were empty. I can't believe I paid these every month for 18 months a they did nothing . I want my money back . Nobody should never hire these people until the clean up their act.
