He was busy, so we had to wait a while for the job, but he pumped our old tanks while waiting at no charge. He then showed up when he said he would and worked straight through until completed. We were only off the system for a short time, and he covered everything back up.

All was fine. They were on time, price seemed reasonable, they parked their truck outside the fenced area so the lawn was not disturbed but we have a rather large property so that was possible. I gave A's which might be considered grade inflation by some. I think the service was what one would expect from a reputable company, but since there were no problems at all I thought that was fair.

Awesome. They are always friendly and not difficult to work with as some other companies have been in the past.

We called T.E. Crummitt Jr. Septic Service for routine cleaning services after failing to get a response from another vendor. T.E. Crummitt Jr. Septic Service returned our call promptly, and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Mr. Crummitt was prompt, professional and efficient. We would definitely use their services again.

Saturday morning and called Tom up with an overflowing issue. He said he'd be there in an hour and was early. he went straight to area and opened it up and said it looked pretty good from what he saw. He thought the problem might be a clog at the intake valve, once he dug that open (for some reason we had lids for septic and outtake valve but not intake) bingo he was right. He cleaned it out and pumped the septic and let us know how to avoid the clogs in the future. He was very nice and worked fast.

Our home's pipes leading to the septic tank had to be suddenly replaced. While the company we had hired was beginning the repair work, they peeked into the septic tank to see how full it was. We had just had the tank emptied 5 months earlier by T.E.Crummitt, Jr. At the time he suspected that there may be problems with the pipe leading from the tank out to the field, but he couldn't be sure without digging, so we all decided to wait a little while. When the workers from the other company peeked, it was obvious that something was very wrong. The tank was just about to fill over! T.E. Crummitt Jr. came immediately and emptied the tank, he proposed we now dig up the pipe and replace it with PVC which we agreed to. He had to work around the first company, but they all did what they needed to and I never knew how happy I could be over working pipes! He helped set up a reasonable schedule for our family for his next pump out. We won't see him for years, but he will be the one to come back when it is time!

They were prompt (early, even), efficient, helpful, and courteous.

The interaction with Mr. Crummitt and his son went very well. Based on my experience, I would use him in the future and recommend him to friends.

Mr. Crummitt responded the same day to my request for an estimate, arrived the next day to survey the damage, and had the work completed the following morning. His promptness and efficiency gave us confidence that this job was done right, much appreciated after the shock of the fire. His phone number will remain on my list of professionals and I will recommend him to neighbors and friends.

Price was reasonable and service was quick. Would use again.

We had a septic emergency on Sunday night, 2 days before Christmas. Tom Crummitt called us late Sunday night, came to house first thing Monday morning (Christmas Eve), and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He then came back the following week to install an alarm on a separate circuit to ensure that we will not have a similar problem again. Tom was professional, courteous, and a God send in a very difficult time over the Christmas holidays. I will only use T.E. Crummitt Jr. Septic Service for all my future septic needs, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. In fact, my brother and sister-in-law recently used them and had nothing but praise for the service they provided as well. This was a Christmas my family will never forget!

Bottom line: Service was prompt and professional; would highly recommend.

The only problem was it took a while to get him out due to some equipment issues. He wanted to minimize the damage to the yard so we had to wait for a small backhoe to become available. He completed the digging and adjustments very quickly (a couple of hours for the entire project) when he arrived and was careful to minimize the impact to the work area. We were very happy with the results and the cost. I would use him again without question.

Mr. Crummitt arrived on time. He was very quiet but very professional. I located the septic tank for him. He came back shortly after to tell me he needed to dig a little around the area he needed to access to pump. This is the first time we had our septic tank pumped but his charge seemed in line with what others are charging for the service. I would definitely call him again.

We were having some issues with our septic system on my parents property. Did a truly super job to remedy. When I visited we gave a call, he came out right away. We were worried the yard would have to get way dug up, but he found the cover through his long experience and did only a small hole in exact right spot. This is oner of world experts at finding the issue, not having to do more than needed, and doing an all around fantastic effort. I would tell anyone in the world to use TE Crummit, Jr. Septic. He also did a small excavation job unrelated to our septic, did super fantastic on that as well. A really great experience.

T. E. Crummitt Jr. Septic Service was very informative. He came out on his own time and was very helpful. He was professional and a straight up guy. I will use him again.

I called and spoke with Mrs. Crummitt [who was an absolute pleasure].They said that they would be out at 10:00 AM the next day, and they were right on time.The young man they sent was very pleasant and conducted himself in a very professional manner.The fee was very reasonable and the young man explained the service he had performed.I would not hesitate to recommend them to everybody who is in need of Septic service.They are great as far as we are concerned!

Tom came out to look at the job and gave an estimate. We called him back the next day to set up a time. He arrived on time and with all of the equipment and materials needed to complete the job. He finished the job quickly and for the agreed price.

It took a while but he works alone and had a lot of jobs. he did everything and did a nice job from beginning to end.

He was local here in the Frederick area. I think his name was Thomas Crummitt. He was great. When I called him, he called me right back. He was able to come right away. I had a hard time locating my septic opening. I was working on trying to find it and dig it out when he arrived. For no extra charge he helped me find it right away and dig it out. We covered it after he was finished. He was great.
