OVERLOOK FENCE

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the professional service I received. I just got my yard graded several months ago and when the fence was installed the machines ruined the lawn and I am not able to repair myself. I got 2 gates with latches. One latch is put on wrong side of gate. The latch should be on inside of gate and it is on outside making it difficult to get out.

Description of Work: I had a 6' stockade fence that was originally installed by the previous owner. I loved the privacy the fence provided, but it had seen better days. Additionally, the main gate was 8' wide, and it was cumbersome. I wanted to have the fence done last year, but a new addition to the family kept that from happening. Dale from Overlook gave me an estimate. I told him I would be in touch with him when I made my decsion about what contractor I was going to use. I got estimates from a total of 5 companies, and Overlook's price was the best. However, I never base my decision on price alone. When I hadn't called him back for several weeks, he called me. He wasn't pushy, but wanted to know if I had made my decision. When I told him I was thinking of putting the fence off for a year, he simply asked that I consider him when the time came. So besides winning on price, his genuine good nature won me over. I didn't bother putting it out for bids this year, I simple asked for a price update, then when he could get started. The fence itself is 432'. I asked for three 5' gates (two on one side, one of the other) which he custom built and installed. Considering the amount of rain, he was very gentle on the grass with his machinery. The work was completed in less than a week.

Description of Work: They removed an old chain link fence around entire yard and replaced it with new, vinyl fencing.
