He worked very hard and tried all different approaches to fix the problems with the door threshold and the bottom of the entry door. He was great to work with - great personality! And he made sure that the problem with the door was resolved. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him for future work.

I've used Mr. Handyman before and was quite happy with the older gentleman's experience, courtesy and knowledge. However, when I wanted to set up and schedule a time frame to get my window frame replaced. I was in for a great surprise! I spoke to a female, upon contacting this contractor to complete this work and asked if they could come back and perform this task. She said at this time, "oh we have done work with you before...sure". We then made an appointment for 02.19.2021. On 02.19.2021, no one called, no one sent a text that we are not coming, or anything...no one showed up! Because I like the older gentleman that came before, I did not report them to the Better Business Bureau; however, if this is the type of response that contractors on this site give. I'll do better on my own!

Unbelievably quick, and very professional, service - from the front office to the service tech. Even the owner dropped by to introduce himself, because he was in the area. Small job, but they took it seriously. We love to support locally owned businesses when we can, and we would definitely call upon them again in the future.
