Couldn't have been worse
Description of Work: Lawson's has had my mower for 7 weeks now. They keep telling me it will be ready at the end of the week...end of the week...eotw....eotw eptw .....eotw. ....for 7 weeks now. They are irresponsible, unpleasant, and unprofessional in every aspect of their business.

Terrible, do business elsewhere, sad.
Description of Work: Avoided this business at all cost, they are rip-off artist, I requested repair of power washer (basic mower engine) it would not start up, simple bad gas problem, to make a long story short they burned out the water pump and then had the audacity to give me attitude/when requesting did you check if the unit was properly operating? Again attitude, replay “we don’t water pumps” what are you kidding me, I ask for the unit to be repaired, that will be 80plus dollar’s!! Whatever you do spread the word “Iron Horse” repair is in it for the fast buck, they are horrible!!

THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. THIS COMPANY WAS ON TIME WITH PICK UP AND DROP OFF. THE TRACTOR RAN WELL AFTER. THE NEGATIVE TO ALL THIS WAS THE PRICE WAS NOT THE ESTIMATE GIVEN. ALL THE WORK WAS TO BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, BUT WAS NOT AND THIS COMPANY APPROVED THE WORK WITHOUT CHECKING WITH US FIRST. WHEN WE RECEIVED A BILL THEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK.
Description of Work: LAWSON'S PICKED UP OUR LAWN TRACTOR AT OUR HOUSE AND LOOKED AT OUR TRACTOR'S ENGINE. THE ENGINE WOULD SMOKE WHENEVER IT WAS RUNNING. THEY CLEANED OUT THE ENGINE AND RETURNED IT TO OUR HOUSE.
