Description of Work: Sink disposal replacement, ceiling fan replacement, reattaching the electrical ground properly, replaced electrical sockets, replaced light switches and inspected the electrical panel after a power surge.

During the initial consultation, Joe made sure that he understood what I wanted and made some suggestions that I agreed were better, such as installing the LED lighting for energy efficiency and tax right off. The work took 2 visits and during both visits Joe continued to communicate via phone, email and in person, what was being done at each visit to include a clear invoice of the work to be done and cost of materials and labor. He cleaned up after himself and never left a. He patched/repaired the areas of drywall that needed to be cut in order to connect fans and lighting to the switches. Joe does amazing work and I will continue to do business with Joe and to recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.
Description of Work: Ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms, 2 large ceiling fans in top-level foyer and kitchen/dining area. Installed LED under cabinet lights and LED above cabinet lights with switch on pantry and bar in kitchen/dining area. Converted existing kitchen, stairwell and basement recess lights into LEDs and installed 12 new LED recess lights in living room.
