"Sorry for the lack of communication regarding the scheduling. Rodrigo was your handyman assigned to your job and he is well trained in communication so it was very strange and unexpected to see this report. I asked Rodrigo why he didnt communicate that he had to reschedule. He sent me a copy of the email he had sent rescheduling your job. regarding the quote to refininh your doors : this was given at approx 50 hours of work needed to sand and finish all your doors removing the trim and reinstalling and staining the trim. To me this quote seems very good considering ive stained and refinshed many doors myself. I consider myself very a fast worker and couldnt do your doors in 50 hours. If you did get other quotes from other painters to stain your doors I doubt they would be able to do it in half the time properly. This statement seems a bit exagerated considering Luis , My painter is the best and fastest ive used in 15 years in this buisiness. It is not acceptable to be late without communicating or re committing a time. most companies give a window of time for this reason. We dont like to make windows , we prefer to say 8 am and then show up at 8 am. If we are one minute late it is our policy to communicate. I will be reading this at the meeting to ensure this doesnt happen again. Regarding over engineering , The proplem with your home is that it is amazing and extremly high end. Everything is soooo nice. If you dont give specific instructions on how to build something then we get to make it nice like your house. If we made it quick and cheap it would be worst then making to nice. Id rather spend more time on something and do it right then have to rebuild it because its not nice enough. When you ask to build a door in a finished room it has to be nice. Again sorry for being late and Rodrigo has been communicated to regarding this report. I hope it contributes to our growth. "I dont understand this when people say they tried numerous times to contact me. I literaly live with my phone in my hand. If you email me and i dont respond within 3 hours during buisness hours I will bet you $1000. I check my email almost every 15 minutes and never have more then 10 emails unawswered unless im waking up in the morning. I personally perform over 50 emails daily and simply cant afford to miss emails. So when i hear someone tried to email me and I didnt respond, I figure it was the email monster eating my emails. I cant figure out how people dont hire us and then give us a bad report . If I contracted a company then cancelled them I wouldnt give them a bad report . But thats me ."

"Sorry for the confusion on the bathroom door. Marcelo said that the both doors where the same in the bathrooms and he got confused what bathroom it was. He said he didnt charge for the mistake time. The installation of the front door and hardware is a $550-$750 project done with a bathroom door $175-$250 project for only $500 . The truck breaking down well threw of the entire schedule for the day and started the stress regarding your job. Marcelo is absolutly one of my best guys and has so many A reports im not going to hammer him to hard on this one considering he had Luis take of the wrong door . Then he gave $150 off of the project to appoligize for the mistake on the door. Overall it would have cost by contract $1150 but you paid under $600. They where late and made a mistake taking a door off and reinstalling it. Marcelo was with me when he called you to let you know he was way behind on his shcedule for the day. He did communicate and also has since purchased a new more dependable truck. This is an example of a client who wants a new front door and hardware installed and a bathroom door installed for $319 and is upset to pay $500 for a $1000 job. Id be upset to if I expected to pay $319 to have my front door and bathroom door installed. Fortunatly only 5% of our clients experiance this considering the D and F reports we receive. 86% of our clients would have given an A or B report for this job considering the communication and the concession given for the mistake on the door location.
