Description of Work: Steve is always professional, a bit on the high side price wise but you get what you pay for! Remodeled kitchen, 2 baths and added front porch. Work was a little behind schedule but the quality is worth the wait.

+ -1 moreThis company was hired by a "seller" of a home to represent them and discount what our inspector and roofer both agreed on. The home needed a new roof. This company says they remodel and build custom homes but couldn't (or wouldn't) agree with obvious faults in the roof. We ended up walking away from the purchase of this home because the "Seller" used Sanbower as the expert in order to cheat us out of a roof. Buyer beware. This was a $500.00 lesson we learned.
Description of Work: This company claimed to be roofers, yet upon inspection couldn't acknowledge obvious holes in the roof. They offered to replace shingles, but not repair or even look at damage underneath.

+ -1 moreI FEEL THAT THE OWNER IS VERY EASY TO TALK TO. THEY ARE WILLING TO DEAL WITH A WOMAN LIKE SHE IS INTELLIGENT. I WAS ABLE TO HAVE MY QUESTIONS, AND CONCERNS ACKNOWLEDGED, AND ANSWERED. I AM IMPRESSED WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREAS THAT WERE INVOLVED IN THE WORK.
