+ -1 moreWe weren’t too satisfied with that. It didn’t work out too well out at all. He didn’t finish the job and he took our money and didn’t finish the job completely. The job that he did do was pretty poor because some of the help that he hired would come in and they would drink the night before and I don’t know all that in detail. He left the town and we had the black top that he had to come out and finish but he has never done that and we are just unhappy. The price wasn’t good, both considering that he has our money and didn’t complete the job. My husband is upset too.
Description of Work: We used Hersh Terry B to build a foundation for us on an addition to the house and also for a black top in our driveway.

+ -1 moreThis included big steps, maybe 8 of them and it was an angled step. His original quote was $2000 and he said he could do it in a couple of days. Four months later and $500 more the finished product was left incomplete. He said he'd come back and smooth out the problems that he left behind, but once I paid him that was that. He never came back and I'll never recommend or hire him again.
Description of Work: I hired him to redo my concrete steps. That was the first of June 2010. It took him until Oct 2010 to finish. He dug it up right away but he kept putting off coming back to finish. At one point he backed a truck up to dump concrete but the angle of the truck and the position of the house would have meant damage to my picture window. I handed him a 2 gallon bucket and made him dip and pour. The level is not good as he didn't order enough concrete.
