+ -1 moreThis business is run by Mr. Robert Looper. He worked on this job for two weeks solid, starting at about 7 a.m., even on Saturday. He was always available by phone when I needed him and gave me regular updates, in person and by phone. He wanted my input on key decisions, such as where to route the drain spout in the front bushes. His final work product is meticulously done. He's also by far the nicest, most professional contractor I've ever hired. Oh, important -- he made sure I had the proper permit from the city before he started work, so I had no problems at all.
Description of Work: Replaced and repairing rotting front porch roof beam and surrounding wood. Re-surfaced porch roof and created new angle to improve water flow. Replaced and repainted porch trip. Installed new, re-routed drain spout. Re-surfaced and patch main roof.
