Description of Work: Follow-up visit due to popped paint and rust on step railing they made and installed previously. Was told that the problem was caused by allowing water to periodically sit at the base of the posts ... small divet where they poured cement to install the railing. When I pointed out that it was their workmen that poured the cement, there was literally no response other than the rep smiling and saying I should not have allowed the water to gather in the divet. They caused the problem but now will not make it whole. DO NOT USE THEM.

+ 0 moreGreat job! Work was quick, efficient, and product seems to be top quality. There were some missing screws after the job but Wally's immediately returned the next day to finish. Communications w project manager was excellent. Prices were reasonable for the size of the job and complexity of the work. We are really happy w the work and look forward to many years of enjoyment w the fence.
Description of Work: Installed custom aluminum fencing around large swimming pool area. Project included gate and cut sections around brick columns.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Dennis Wallace, personally took the measurements. Recommend visting their shop to see samples of different styles - plus the shop is impressive, large and modern. They did make a fabrication error which I noticed when they were intially installing the railings but they immediately corrected their error when it was pointed out to them - no questions asked.
Description of Work: Although they are located in Mount Airy, they service the close-in to DC area (e.g., Bethesda). Fabricated and installed custom made "wrought iron" railings on two exterior stone entrance stairways. While company offers traditional iron, my railings actually were made of aluminum with a powder-coated finish which should make them much more maintenance-free. Virtually any color is available.
