What an outstanding crew! They were well-prepared for the challenges our old house presented. The price quote was the most reasonable we got, of several, and included the most comprehensive information/detail. Interactions were all very pleasant; the owner is super responsive, easy to work with, and sent photos at all stages of the job. Clean-up was extra thorough. We're very happy with our new roof and highly recommend Home Wise Pros.

He and his crew did a excellent job! My only observation was, the contractor told me if he had to replace any roof board he would replace with the same material. I have plywood on my roof and he replaced with cheap OSB Boards. That's why I took out one star.

It went well. He explained everything that needed to be done, brought extra workers so that they were able to finish before it rained, and kept me informed about the progress while the work was being done. They even took care of something that was not included in the price.

Great roofers! They did my home and a rental. Did great work, went above and beyond clearing up what I mistakenly thought was a roof problem, but it was totally unrelated. Jay figured it out when no one else could! I can't recommend him and Home Wise Pros enough!

From the initial and prompt response and estimate, we did not hesitate to hire The Home Wise Pros. The estimate was very detailed and thorough , unlike some of the other estimates we received from other contractors which were a little more money but used lesser quality materials. After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. Could not find a better company for your work.

Jay Gleason's team is organized and efficient, and installed my new roof well before dark in a single day. The estimate was in line with another well-reviewed company, using the same materials, but I chose Home Wise because it doesn't subcontract out. I think the cost was very reasonable, the whole process was smooth and transparent with no hidden costs, and I got a quality roof with materials warrantied for 40 years and workmanship for 10 years. I was very satisfied with this company.

They came on time very efficient very professional lowest cost among other. The quality are top of things, the supervisor is present the whole entire day supervising his crew. He was great and they all have the materials needed and others delivered right on time.

I had gotten several quotes for a new roof and Home Wise Pros was well in line with pricing. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Honest explanations on services to be performed, issues that might arise, and timeframe to complete the job. A print quote by email! (Some companies had me waiting a week with many excuses) On the day of my roof installation workers (including Jay, the owner) were at my house ON TIME (7am!)! We all scooted out so they could get to work. Throughout the day Jay was sending me images of any rotten wood that was discovered or any issues that arouse. The day was long and all rotten wood was replaced, all issues resolved, they worked late to get the roof done! It was beautiful!! Two days later (due to threats of rain) they were back! On a Saturday! to do the gutters! For the 17 years that I have lived here I have had a waterfall over my front door anytime we got heavy rain …. My new big gutters have solved that problem! (Please note I had gutters installed about 10 yrs ago, and the issue remained and I was told there was no remedy for the gushing gutter over my front door!) After receiving a few bids to replace our 27-year-old roof, we decided to select Jay at Home Wise Pros to do our job. He was on time with his visit and quick with his estimate. He was thorough and clear on what he would be doing. After selecting Certainteed shingles, Jay advised us on how long the job would take and was clear about the possibility of the need to replace some of the plywood underneath and on the need to replace the two existing skylights while doing the roofing. The crew spent time to cover and protect all the bushes and plants around the house the day before. As the job was begun, Jay kept us informed with photos and texts when the workers did find that many plywood boards needed replacement. The crew of roofers worked as a team and were able to complete all the work, including the skylights, in one day. Once the roof was finished, they spent time on a very thorough cleanup. Jay returned the next day to further check for any debris they may have missed in the evening light. We feel very fortunate that we selected Home Wise Pros to replace our roof and would highly recommend them.

Excellet! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The owner personally supervises the job and explained very clearly what my options were. He never tried to upsell me as some of the other roofing companies did when they made their bids. The job went very smoothly. One of their trucks made a small rut in my yard, and without my asking it was repaired before they left. The roof looks BEAUTIFUL. I am very pleased with the overall experience and the result.

I hired Home Wise Pros to replace my roof, as well as the gutters, and one skylight. Without exaggeration, this was the single best experience I have had when having any sort of work performed at my home. I found them through Angie’s List and they honored their coupon on this site. The quote was very reasonable for this area, especially considering the replacement of the gutters along with an aging skylight. The owner, Jay Gleason, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, humble, pleasant, confident, and capable. He and his company turned out to be everything I am looking for when I hire someone to work on my home. He was very open to my requests for add-ons (he installed an extra bathroom vent for me) and really bent over backwards to find a solution to replacing the fascia board while the gutters were down. As a hearing-impaired senior, I rely on my niece to research and coordinate contractors when needed. Jay came to my home during my niece's visit and inspected the project. He explained the need to cut back some of my large evergreen trees overhanging the roof, the fact that there would likely be some damaged wood under the shingles, and the advantage of new gutter guards. This was during the pandemic, so he exhibited responsibility and consideration by wearing a mask and asked that my niece and I do also. He patiently repeated answers to my many questions and offered some guidance in color selection for the shingles. Jay gave me a fair price and the work was done asap. Jay kept in constant contact with my niece who had to return to CO before the work began. He called to tell her when the shingles would be delivered and where they would be placed, which she then conveyed to me. I woke on the scheduled work day to find my driveway filled with trucks and equipment the likes of which I had never seen! For eight hours, five men worked in perfect harmony, each carrying out his specific job. There were no slackers among them and they only took one break_lunch. They were professional, efficient, and respectful. Upon completion, they cleaned up and hauled all the trash and debris away. They raked my lawn and used the leaf blower on the driveway. I am a Happy Customer and would recommend Home Wise Pros for any type of work they do!

Home Wise Pros provided great service from start to finish. Jay (the owner) was prompt in answering my questions and provided a few different options for a quality roof. As a master tile installer, he was able to offer options that competitors couldn't and this made the decision easy. During the install, he kept me informed throughout the day with pictures and feedback. He was honest about replacing rotted wood in the sheathing and kept the costs reasonable. All in all, I received a quality roof and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Home Wise Pros for anyone needing a new roof.

Jay and his crew did an outstanding job replacing my 20-year-old roof. I went with Home Wise Pros after getting 5 total quotes as the owner, Jay, was authentic and focused on delivering value. He explained everything clearly, recommended what was needed without bells and whistles, and was punctual in answering follow-up questions. Once I put down a deposit, he maintained communications throughout the process and was there on the 1.5 days of the roof replacement work. He would call and text throughout and his crew was thorough in the work done and cleanup after to pick up the nails and debris. I even needed a new b-vent rain cap and his crew picked that up and attached that to the pipe. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in working with Home Wise Pros. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend them for your next roofing project.

Jay was fantastic and gave us some great ideas to improve our roof integrity and decide which features we did not need. Every other contractor just gave us a straight quote to replace everything as it was, while Jay educated us on several aspects of our current set up that may cause problems (which they were). He never tried to upsell materials or additional items we did not want or need. His team was prompt, very professional and efficient while doing a great job. Highly recommended.

After discovering a small leak in my attic on a Saturday, I called Home Wise and a few others for a consultation and quote. Jay was very responsive, came out to see the scope of work, and I had a quote by Monday morning. No pressure sales tactics, no upselling, he let his presentation and price do the talking. After getting a few other quotes, his price was extremely reasonable for a new roof and gutters. His crew was on time the day we scheduled (they even came out 2 weeks earlier than planned when the weather cooperated), and everything went the way Jay said it would. Roof was done, yard was cleaned/tidied up/magnetically sweeped in a single day, and we had a follow on appointment for gutters, which only took a few hours. Jay was on site and checked in to make sure all went well. Top notch company and work. Would recommend to anyone.

We highly recommend The Home Wise Pros Roofing company. Needing a new roof, we had conducted interviews and had obtained estimates from roofers, and then went with Home Wise Pros. The estimate we received was competitive, and we were impressed with the knowledge and experience of Jay, the owner (30 years in the home improvement industry and over a decade running his own company, and he is Shingle Master-certified). Also, the referral from our brother-in-law had been very positive. When rain that was predicted for many days threatened to derail our scheduled rooting job (mid-January), Jay moved the work up a week early to avoid delays. The start time each day was 7:30 a.m. The crane workers delivering all of the shingles and other materials were punctual to the minute, and the crew members actually arrived prior to 7:30 to prepare equipment and items. With January having short daylight hours, they did cleanup work even after dark, using headlamps and lights. Jay communicated with us constantly about all matters, starting with his initial detailed presentation in our home, and throughout the job. He was hands-on on the scene for a good part of the time, checking on the work, and he exhibited great attention to detail. His roofing supervisor was warm, friendly, and accommodating. All of the crew members were diligent and did very careful work. The cleanup afterward was extremely thorough. The additional installation of two new skylight windows, supervised by Jay, went perfectly, and our new roof looks beautiful. The process from start to finish was excellent, and we recommend the company wholeheartedly.
