Description of Work: Services: New roof and gutters. We highly recommend Jay Gleason and his Home Wise Pros Roofing Company. Replacing our roof was long overdue, and we had apprehensions. But Jay's research, preparation and presentation were detailed and professional, and gave us confidence that all would proceed smoothly. As it happened, our area experienced an unexpected onslaught of rain during the time our roofing job was in process. When we discovered evidence of a previously unidentified leak, Jay was at the house within the hour to analyze and organize the remedy. The full installation was completed in two days. The cost was fair and reasonable, and his crews were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Our yard was completely cleaned up and the house now looks at least a decade younger.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. Extremely satisfied with contractor and service provided. Contractor took time to go over all details and answer all questions of what was to be done and of the materials to be used. Provided updates as the work was in progress. Checked back afterwards to follow up to to see if there were any issues or concerns. Jay and team were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: Removed snow off my roof. Fast and efficient, however, the workers parked in the middle of my neighbors 2 parking spots and when they were asked to move their truck, initially they told my neighbor no. Not very good customer service in that regard. But everything else was fine.

Description of Work: The servicemen did a roof inspection but did not detect a need to repair a leak. They did discover cracks in two vent-pipe collars, and charged me $200 additional dollars to change four vent-pipe collars. I used another service to replace my roof shingles.

Two men replaced 3 missing shingles and 1 pipe collar and took 18 photos of the work for $125 back in Sept 2012. The customer at no time conveyed an dissatisfaction with any part of the work or called us to talk about any issues they might have had.
