It went very well. We had to wait a while because of the volume of customers from the Big Deal, but it was certainly worth the wait.
Description of Work: We had the roof inspected. We had some concerns about water leaks at the ends of the house, but did not know if the roof was the problem or not. Jay performed the inspection and reported his findings - the roof is fine, culprit may be the siding or window caulking. This would have been the perfect opportunity to sell us some roofing work, but Jay very honestly said it was not needed. I will definitely call Jay in the future if I need any roofing work done.

Very impressed with this company. Had bought a roof inspection pack from Home Wise Pros through Angie's list after noticing a few water spots on our ceiling and having noticed some areas on the roof that looked in need of repair after having cleaned my gutters. Home Wise Pros did the inspection which lead to a recommendation to replace the roof. Jay, the owner, first called to determine if I wanted to be home for the inspection indicated they would take pictures of any problem areas and any minor repairs they made. After the inspection Jay called to setup a appointment to go over what they found. I was shown detailed pictures on an iPad of problem areas his crew found and indicated they noticed several areas where there was too much give in the roof (indicating possible damage to wood). He also showed pictures of where they had caulked all cracked shingles pipe vents, and ceiling fan. I indicated I would need to get some estimates and he did not pressure me to sign a contract at that time but provided an estimate for a repair for either a 30 year shingle or the architectural shingle. He indicated the price included up to 5 sheets of plywood to replace damaged wood and the price per sheet for anything needed over and above that price. He also advised me of some questions to ask the competition (type of shingle, weight of roofing paper, use of "ice & snow", how much replacement wood was included in the price as well as the cost of each place sheet, etc.). I then contacted two other roofers after checking rating on Angie's list. One vendor never contacted me and the other sent a salesman that showed up at the appointment time, took some measurements outside to determine the size of the roof but never even got up on the roof to check it out anything. (Note: I have a small rancher with a gentle slop which I, at age 62, feel comfortable getting up on to clean my gutters regularly; guess he did not what to get his nice slacks and freshly starch shirt dirty). Their price price was $3,000 higher than that quoted by Home Wise Pros (they have to pay for the sales people) and only included 3 sheets of plywood at twice the cost per sheet. After waiting a week for a call from the vendor, who never called, I called Home Wise Pros back to give them the job. Jay came back out to the house went over everything again before having me sign a contract and taking a deposit. Due to his schedule we had to wait 30 days but they showed up on the appointment date, with a reminder call the day before. They showed up on time; they first covered all the bushes and moved anything that might get broken. After removing shingles they inspected the wood, spray painting all areas needing replacement wood. Before and after pictures were taken of all places that required wood replacement as well as the fan removal area, pipe collar replacements, chimney area, etc. They also found that only a small portion of the roof used plywood; the majority had 1x6 planks (house built in 1958) instead of plywood so they used used 1x6 planks which costs more than plywood. He said he would eat that cost since he had not included it in the estimate. Jay made an appointment to come the the house the following evening to show us the pictures of exactly what they did to make sure we were satisfied and to collect his final payment. We are very please with the work they did and highly recommend them. They do other general contracting work and we will certainly have them give estimates on any future projects.
Description of Work: Complete roof replacement which included removal of shingles, replacing damaged wood; limited life time architectural shingles; replacing all pipe collars, using 30 weight roofing paper and "ice and Snow" along bottom edges of roof, removing broken fan and sealing whole with wood and installing ridge vent along top of roof for ventilation.

The representative was very thorough and not only performed a complete inspection, but addressed my specific needs, as I had a small leak resulting from Hurricane Irene. The rep sealed up all areas of interest and showed me before and after shots of his work. I do not expect to have any further water damage. If for whatever reason I do, I will be sure to update this report.

Angie's List coupon for reduced roof inspection by The House Wise Pros was one of my better decisions. Especially since I had recently realized, although I was not having problems with it, that my roof was aging and may need to be replaced. This reduced price roof inspection was the right thing at the right time.Jay showed up at the prescribed time, went over what the inspection entailed, did the inspection and gave me a full explanation of his findings. In talking to Jay about his findings, I was beginning to decide that this would be a good company to do business with. At no time did he petition to have the work done by his company. It was "just the facts" of what he found, overall not bad, and what needed to be done. I then asked him if he could do the work and if he could give me an estimate. His no pressure presentation of what we could do with the roof, a very good specific plan to go about it, and his estimate, made it a no-brainer decision. The crew doing the work was extremely professional and hard working. Jay kept us appraised of what was going on with pictures and explanation of the progress throughout the process. Just an outstanding job. Would reccommend The House Wise Pros in an instant.

Jay of Home Wise Pros called the night before to confirm appointment Jan.07,2011. Appoinment was confirmed and He and his team arrived 7:30am the following day. The guys began to set up ( putting tarps down all over ) while Jay went over with me again what he will be doing. So the work begain, But not without realizing that I had about 20 or so boxes in the attic I didn't know about. So with alot of laughing that we found where the gold was hidden.we got it cleaned out. Jay went on to explain what I had of insulation now and what it will be when done, also putting something like a ruler in different parts of the attic so you can tell the height / depth from just poking your head in. COOL right? They worked for 3-4hrs not bothering me at all, even asked ( Can you hear that? as I look up from the T.V saying What? ) Before I knew it they were done. The guys begain to vaccum the floors and clean up..Jay told me what a difference this would make with the heat, And it REALLY did..Very Happy..Very Happy I'v even given My bother their phone # and this site to use them for his roof. My bother did read the comments and told me of one who said they had a problem with an answering service and Home Wise Pros. I told him that didn't make sence cause they don't have a service. They have a voice mail. and that's to the phone. I'v never had a problem geting hold of them if I leave a message they get right back to me. I only had to call them to set up the appointment after that...They were on top of it calling me first. I said maybe it was a mistake. Its easy to write a comment under the wrong company if your not paying attention..I'm thinking they ment it for the chimney sweepers I used :) Almost forgot to mention...Lots of pictures before during an after......Very Happy
Description of Work: The Home Wise Pros had done my roof and I so Pleased with the service I also hired them to insulate my attic.

Mr. Jay Gleason of the Home Wise Pros came over for an attic inspection. I think the most important thing he brought with him was his I-Pad. With that I-Pad, he clearly showed me how under-insulated my attic was. Much more than that, the pipe collars on the roof were badly damaged and surrounding wood areas were rotting away. I invited more pictures and photos of the roof, which was almost 20 yrs old. I was hoping I wouldn't need a new roof, but I honestly wasn't surprised when I found I did need one. Once again, the photos from Mr. Gleason's I-Pad showed me what I needed to know. I don't know anything about attics or roofs, but when I see specific photos and informed information about them I see with my own eyes what needs to be done. I decided on Home Wise Pros because of my interactions with Mr. Gleason. I found him courteous, informative and thoroughly professional. He was very deliberate and took all the time necessary to explain the many questions I had. He was always on time, always called in advance, always ready to keep me updated about every aspect of the project. Because of the photos and on-the-job information, I felt like I had a total grasp of what was going on. Even afterwards, I saw the I-Pad "Before and After" photos that I very much appreciated seeing. Home Wise gave me a quality new roof at a very fair price. A few situations arose where something extra needed to be done for additional charges, but because they weren't listed in the proposal he went ahead and did the extras anyway at no charge. There were other situations during the course of the agreement where it seemed to me were always resolved in the fairest manner. Equally important to me as the cost of the project is the reliability of the company should something go wrong. Would I be able to get them to come back out and fix or repair something that's attention to? Will I just get unanswered phone calls or unreasonable delays? That is where the integrity of the company you're dealing with comes into play. In that regard I think The Home Wise Pros would fill the bill on all counts.

Jay Gleason gave us an overview of the work that he proposed to perform on the roof of the house and submitted a fee for all promised labor as well as the architectural shingles and gutters. He personnaly supervised the removal of 2 layers of shingles and the installation of all code related materials as well as the completion of the job.. Additionally, Mr Gleason repaired the chimney and did a little painting where we had chosen not to replace a gutter. We would consider his company for any work we chose to do .

It's hard not to like this guy Jay. He's just a down to earth guy with a strong work ethic. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and very fair with his price. When I called for the roof inspection, I kind of already knew I would need a new roof. He took digital pictures of problems he found and explained what he thought should be done. I am a single woman who bought a dump at auction back in 1993 and totally remodeled it. Now I'm remodeling the remodel. So I have had a lot of experience dealing with contractors. Often, they don't think I'm capable of understanding the "manly things" they have to say and either ask to talk to my "husband" or talk down to me. But not Jay. He was very courteous and respectful. And I have always gotten at least 2 or 3 estimates for whatever work I need. This time, after reading his reviews on Angie's list, and noting his 100% satisfaction rating along with his straight forward manner, I knew that I would hire him. He obviously takes pride in his work. My concerns became his concerns. And he was respectful of them. They were right on time. They moved in and started working at 7 am. By the time 6pm rolled around, I had a gorgeous news roof and it didn't look like anyone had been there at all. When he encountered problems that were not anticipated and cost his crew time and materials (nails) I expected that he would add that to the bill. I was happy when I saw that he didn't. It was a large expense, but that was one check I didn't mind parting with. He earned it. I will call him for any other work that he is willing to do on my house. I trust him and I like him!

This project began as an attic insulation inspection. Jay said he could do the job and gave me an estimate. But he gave me an honest and professional opinion. He felt my hard earned home improvement dollars would be better spent on a new roof based on the age of the house. It was very likely the roof had exceeded its life expectancy. That being the case it was also possible the roof had or would have leaks that would adversely affect the attic insulation, new or otherwise. At my consent, Jay agreed to come back and inspect the roof, take measurements, and give me an estimate. It didn't take long and the evidence provided via photos was quite convincing, even to my my "doubting Thomas" husband. I was totally on board but at first my husband felt that Jay was just "putting the fear of God in me". Additionally, my husband said he wasn't going to succumb to any high pressure sales pitch (you know how it goes: "you must agree to this now at this fantastic price or else you're a loser...") Instead, Jay patiently explained that the two layers of shingles were in bad shape: you could literally slide your hand between them. It was likely that water had seeped between the layers or worse, become trapped underneath which could lead to wood rot. He commented that heavy snow or ice like we had this past winter could certainly cause considerable water damage. Also, I would surely be missing more shingles the next heavy wind that came along because the top layers of shingles were barely being held in place. Additionally, Jay took many, many photos of my roof. They showed nail pops allover and "black-and-white" evidence that demonstrated what a poor job the previous contractor did - he only used 3 nails per shingle and it was kind of a hit or miss approach. No wonder the top layer of shingles were fanning upwards in the wind! The photos were enough to convince even my "I'm in the construction business too" husband to go forward. Besides neither of us wanted to wait for possible further water damage to occur. Let me add, Jay never pressured us. He did suggest we try to schedule the project quickly before the potential bad weather set in. Also we ALL agreed we wouldn't get the best workmanship if it became extremely cold - not for lack of effort but WHO could give their best effort when your hands are shaking from frigid temperatures? Then the project would have to be put off until spring. He was totally willing to work us in however he was able but the decision was totally ours. We were presented with several sample boards and many recent references. Yes, all the references were exceedingly glowing. Hmmm, you might be thinking. It quickly became apparent that Jay (and his company) is the businessman ALL other contractors need to emulate to instill customer confidence and respect. He gave us quite an education on roofing, how he operates, how some other contractors operate and the decision to use him was ours. For once I didn't feel like a "sucker" for not being in the know about my project & like I might get blindsided with inflated charges. Working with Jay was totally refreshing! His professional recommendations and heartfelt honesty were unbelievable. Needless to say, as long as we were flexible and the weather cooperated we were able to schedule the job quickly. Jay called us to be sure our materials had been delivered. The crew arrived promptly and got immediately to work. Jay called again to be sure all was in place. The gentlemen took care to lay tarps all around the house to protect landscaping and try to ensure all roofing material was picked up when the job was complete. The crew is awesome - I wish I could have been outside to watch them work in perfect fluid motion. I'm sure I would have been in awe. Not all teams work well together and communication is paramount in executing such a project. No worries here though. (I don't even know when they took lunch). Jay arrived several times to ensure all was going smoothly. Photos were taken of every step of the process, and true to Jay's words, the crew said even though there were TWO layers of shingles to be taken off they came up quite easily. By evening, our project was complete. Jay promptly arrived and inspected. We only needed 1 piece of plywood (NOT particle board) replaced and Jay graciously didn't even charge us for it! I eagerly awaited viewing the slide show of the project like a child waiting for Christmas morning. Wow! How cool was that?! We parted with a hearty handshake and I felt like I'd just found a new best friend! After having recently completed a small deck project w/ a contractor just culled from the newspaper and somewhat disastrous results I now know Angie's List is the only way to go. This project was stress free, estimated, planned and completed in a remarkably short time and I now have total peace of mind. Go ahead and get the recommended 3 estimates. You would be penny-wise and pound foolish to use anyone else for your home improvement projects. Way to go Jay & Co.! P.S. When calling Jay, as a courtesy to him, just be sure to jog his memory as to your type of job - briefly your name, location, project. You are NOT his only project BUT he will treat you as if you are the only priority. He is totally flexible. He is clearly a much sought after businessman and rightly so. Thank goodness he is there for us homeowners. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

The work was performed and he showed me the old pipe collars so that I could see how badly damaged they were. I am waiting to receive the photos of the new ridge vents by email. Jay also deducted the cost of the roof maintenance package from the total cost.
Description of Work: Purchased a roof maintenance package for $150. Jay inspected the roof and sealed areas where applicable but found that two pipe collars and the house and garage ridge vents should be replaced. He took photos of the roof so that I could see what he was recommending to be done.

I was very pleased with the work and the end result.
Description of Work: I took advantage of an Angie's List special to have HomeWise Pros do an inspection of my attic. I was concerned about the possibility of mold/mildew from our bathroom fans, which vent into the attic, and about the sufficiency of our insulation. HomeWise Pros proactively called to set up an appointment and provided me several options for improving insulation. During his first visit, Jay Gleason came with a camera and Ipad, which allowed him to photograph and instantly show me the condition of my attic and the level of insulation already there. He seemed quite knowledgable about the questions I asked, and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. He gave me two options for increasing our insulation, which was only at R-19; we ultimately chose to upgrade to R-60 owens corning insulation, which was blown on top of the existing insulation. We set up an appointment immediately, and he called a day ahead to review the timing of the work and what it involved. He also fielded questions I had about the type of insulation used. Work was done on time and as promised; his crew paid attention to cleanup. All in all, the experience was very positive and I would recommend HomeWise Pros to others.

They did an outstanding job! They showed up on time and didn't take too long to get the work done. They added the insulation to the R60 level we asked for and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. There was a section in the attic where some insulation had previously been removed for some work that was done years ago and not replaced. They had to use extra insulation to fill that area and they didn't charge more for the added insulation. We will definitely use them again and expect to have them replace our roof next fall.
Description of Work: They did a roofing and attic inspection for us. We had some minor repairs done on the roof and insulation added to the attic. They explained how much insulation we had and the recommended amount for Maryland. They also explained the condition of our roof and that we should get it inspected yearly since it's 17 years old. They took high resolution photos before and after the work was done.

Overall, the job went well. Due to rain, the job started a couple weeks later than planned. Jay and the team came out early the day of the installation and the team worked into the night to get most of the roof covered before it started to rain. The team came back the next day and finished installing the roof. They also replaced the dormer trims on both dormers, as they were rotted. The cleanup went smoothly and after the team had left, the roof looked great and all debris was gone. The only issues were rain delays and a little unresponsiveness. Once the roof was finished, it took several more days for the team to come back out and finish painting the dormer replacements. Jay sometimes overbooks clients, and doesn't always respond to phone calls quickly. All in all, the job was completed in a timely manner, the team was very professional, and it was a good experience. I would recommend The Home Wise Pros to friends.

The crew showed up before 8 as promised and proceeded to get to work. While up there they discovered a few boards that needed to be replaced. Jay called me to inform me of this additional problem (and expense). The bad boards were replaced, and I was sent pictures showing the damaged boards. The crew stayed until it was dark to finish up in one day, which I appreciated. They were out there with flashlights picking up all the debris in my yard, as well as my neighbor's. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

What an amazing experience it was to have Jay and his crew replace my roof! Whereas I had thought I just needed some new shingles, it turns out that some of the problems in one corner of my house were coming from warped wood and water coming in. Five sheets of wood had to be replaced in total. I am confident that this roof will last for many years. He also saved me money on my gutters. I thought I needed new gutters and downspouts, but after his inspection, he assured me that they only needed to be cleaned out and reattached, which he did as part of the job. Jay's attention to detail, both during the quote process and during the project, is what set him apart from others I contacted (four quotes total). He took the time to understand the problem areas of my roof, where the leaks were, and where there might be pitfalls. He went through photos of other projects on his iPad (which I loved, because I?m a totally Apple person), and he would not let me hire him until I had contacted his references. At the end of the job, he would not take a penny until the entire cleanup was finished (the next day). At that point, we looked through photos of my house together, and he emailed me a photo of a decorative piece that must be re-caulked and sealed before I do any pressure washing (good to know!). The crew arrived on schedule (on a Sunday) and worked a 12-hour day. I was impressed by their hard work and coordination as they worked 40-ft off the ground on this steeply-pitched townhouse roof. Throughout the day, Jay kept me apprised of the situation, the progress, and any issues the crew found. He never tried to hard sell me on anything, though he pointed out that I might need to consider upgrading my attic insulation at some point. (He found wet insulation and replaced that at no extra charge. He also put additional Wintergard in areas adjacent to the neighboring townhomes where he thought water could potentially cause problems. No extra charge.) For the pet owners among you, I should point out that Jay showed concern for my dogs and was very clear on when it was safe for me to take them outside. Before the crew left (and it was after dark), they ensured that they had been through the yards with a magnet to get any nails or staples out of the way of my pups? paws. The crew was on site the next morning at 7:30 to finish the roof on the bump-out and to ensure that my yard and the yards of my neighbors were completely clean. My neighbors and I were completely impressed by the professionalism and care that Jay and his crew put into this project. I will definitely hire him for more work in the future. Highest recommendation!
Description of Work: Complete roof, including 30# roofing paper, 5 sheets of plywood, 30-yr shingles, new ridge vent/pipe collars, new insulation in an area where I had water damage, drip edge, Wintergard, cleaned out and reattached gutters with internal hangers.

Jay Gleason came to my house and was on time and did a great job. He checked my attic and didn't find any problems. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try and sell me services I didn't need. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for $45 which stated the Home Wise Pros would come out and check my attic for mold, mildew, air leaks, and see if it was correctly insulated.

He arrived on time (early actually) and performed a visual inspection to check the level of insulation and to check for mold or other problems. He also performed a thermal inspection of the attic to check for cold spots. He was very professional and explained what he was looking for. Even though he did not find any problems, he did not try to sell me optional work or other services. I would definitely consider using them for other work.
Description of Work: I took advantage of Angie's Big Deal to have this company perform an attic inspection.

On the appointment day the crew showed up on time, But I was fast asleep. They called my cell and then the house phone. That's when I jumped up and called Jay saying I had overslept and would be out to move the cars out of their way. Once that was done they went right to work, The first thing they ask me was if they began to work would it bother my neighbors. I said go for it, They covered everything around the house including all my Christmas decorations. They started on my roof and it wasn't long before I got a call from Jay stating that it was more damage then we had accounted for., I may need a whole new roof. Jay soon gave me an estimated figure to allow me to see if I could move forward with the job. Jay and I had talked on our first appointmant that I was tight on my funds..Anyway we figured it all out and the work began. The crew worked all day straight thru and it was on a Sunday. They didn't bother me at all until it came to my dish. They waited till the end to work on the roof where my dish is. Yes I may lose t.v. But somehow they were able to do the work and I did have t.v when they were done.( my daughter had told them how important it was to have t.v working since their were 3 children in the house ).God Bless them they took their time even though it was late and dark and they saved t.v. Yeah.... When the job was done they had cleaned everything up including all the nails and put my Christmas lights back up for me. Jay had come in to show me pictures of the job from begining to end. I got the roof just in time. That roof wouldn't have made thru the winter.. I trust Jay and Home Wise Pros. I know nothing about keeping up with this house and he explained everthing from start to finish with pictures. So I have also hired the Pros to insulate my attic. I believe I can call on them with anything concerning this house and if they can't do it, I trust that they will lead me in the right direction.
Description of Work: Jay of Wise Home Pros came in to winterize my roof and inspect it. What he found was that I needed a new roof in the near future, Truth be told i kinda knew that. I had come within a year of the 15 yr warrenty I had from the last roofing that was done. I explained to Jay that I was unsure what to do because I was thinking about selling the house But since my Father had built this home for my Mom I was not willing to let it go. Jay went on to explain to me that if I should sell. The new owner will need a new roof and ask that I pay for it, So if I go ahead and put on the new roof I decide what colors and how much., and if I changed my mind and stay I have a new roof. Good point. So we did it..I couldn't happier..

I purchased the $49 attic inspection for my new home and a friend's home so we could get the assessment and recommendations of an A rated company. We were both very pleased with our experience. Jay arrived right on time and is just the kind of person you want to engage on your home improvements. He is informed and informative. His honesty and experience show. It was more than worth the fee to have the information we need, a quote we can plan around and an interim roof solution that is also discounted. We look forward to working with Jay on both houses and we would definitely call him to quote other work as well.

They came out, inspected our roof, sealed around our chimney and replaced five singles (the estimator was wrong!). They called me to follow up, didn't leave any mess from the work, gave me a complete report of the status of our roof and replaced the shingles at no extra cost. I liked the work they did so much they are giving us an estimate next Spring to replace the roof. Very professional and friendly.I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I purchased the roof inspection and winterizing package. We also had two shingles missing from hurricane Irene (according to our insurance estimator). I asked if they could be replaced while the other work was being performed.

Jay was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I explained the leak I've dealt with since installing the new roof and the fact that the installer wants $250 up front just to come back and look at it. Jay checked it out and identified what might be the problem. I'll now have to go back to the original company, but at least am armed with some information. Jay offered his advice and invited me to call back any time. He said he like to help people and believes that what goes around comes around. What a decent person in a world that seems determined to make a quick buck at the expense of people! Thanks Jay.
Description of Work: Having had a new roof installed last year and getting a run around from the installer, I bought this angie's list deal to get another pair of eyes on the roof. Jay Gleason came and inspected the roof, caulked a few holes and called me back

He explained things through the inspection, like my roof still had some life left (YEAH) but that good air flow should be in place before new insulation gets installed. I had a gable fan that wasn't really doing anything. So I had their company come out and install a ridge vent which because the house is so old doesn't have. They were on time and did a good job. The insulation didn't get done because the attic is full of junk - so that project is for later.
Description of Work: I had purchased a "special deal" from angies list for an attic inspection. I had an aging roof, inadequate insulation and questionable air flow. So I had Jay explain to me what was most important and what didn't need to be done.

I had a small leak in the roof over one of my upstairs bedrooms and this appears to have stopped it. I was shown digital photos of all repairs made. In addition I was provided recommendation on possible future repairs that may be needed. There was no sales pressure. Very professional group.
Description of Work: The Home Wise Pros resealed all of the pipe collars (roof vents for your plumbing) on my roof and repaired several shingles. In addition a quick general inspection was made.

I was impressed with Jay Gleason, owner, from the start. A leak had developed in our family room, and we asked several roofing contractors for bids. While everyone else focused only on the problem area, Jay was the one who took the time to take pictures of the full roof, showing us all of the issues with it. He also asked if he could do an inspection inside, and sure enough, he found two other areas, far from the first, where leaks were developing. He explained that he was willing to repair the leaking area alone, but that in his experience, we'd be calling a few months later for another repair and then another, and based on that, it would be more cost-effective to get a new roof rather than pay more per repair. Because my husband gets home late from work, Jay came back a few evenings later to show him what was going on with our roof. I was impressed that he was willing to work with our schedule. In fact, every time I needed to contact him, he either answered the phone himself or called right back. That was not our experience with any of the other roofers contacted. Meanwhile, we needed a tarp placed on the area of the active leak until the roofing work could be done. Jay went to three different places to obtain tarps that matched our roof so they wouldn't be obvious. It's details like that which set his company apart. The only small hiccup was a misunderstanding about the day they were to start work. I had it on my calendar as Nov. 10 but got a call Oct. 31 that a truck with roofing materials would be arriving shortly. It did arrive, but it was too large to come up the hill to our house, so the driver conferred with Jay and arranged to come back the next day with an extra, smaller truck that could bring the materials up our driveway. This created an extra issue for Jay to deal with, yet he took it in stride. The installation of the roof went well. We know this because he again took numerous pictures with his iPad, detailing the materials used and the work done. From all that we can see, a very professional job.
Description of Work: The Home Wise Pros installed a new roof on our ranch-style house, including some work on one chimney, new collars around pipes and double ice and water guard in problem areas. Also, they used 30# paper (not the standard 15#) and added a ridge vent. We chose 3-tab shingles.
