Description of Work: I was a buyer's agent on a house that the home inspection identified mold. The buyers contacted RTS Environmental Services to further inspect the house and submit a proposal to remediate the mold. The buyers then asked the seller to use RTS, she did and the work was done to the buyer's satisfaction.

Excellent.
Description of Work: Paul Ramsey did an extremely thorough inspection of our entire house, including the crawl space, to identify possible sources of mold. He was extremely observant of little details. He took his time and explained everything he was looking for. He found very little mold, which he felt we could deal with ourselves.
