Description of Work: One Hour came and installed a new air conditioning unit in our upstairs. The sales team and install team were very professional and polite. They arrived on time and completed the work satisfactorily. While the technicians were here they noticed that the motor on our other unit needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment for later that week. That appointment time came and went and no technician showed and no phone call was made to me letting me know about a problem. The customer service representative couldn't help me to tell me why they didn't show or when I could expect a resolution. This was actually the second rep that I talked to because the first one hadn't called me back after three hours of waiting for a return call. I did receive a follow up call from the office on the following Monday mid-day stating that the part hadn't come in. At this point we had called another company to resolve our issue. We had been very pleased up until the point that the appointment was a no show. That is why I am giving a C vs lower.

Description of Work: First company game me the wrong date. They then told me they would come between 8 and 11 on May 7. I got a call from the company asking me if I wanted to make a appointment for next week. I told them no, I had a appointment this morning. They asked me if they can come this evening. I said no. I will find another company

Description of Work: Complete evaluation of my HVAC heating system including Humidifyer & whole house air filtration unit - used the Angie's List special price but can't remember amout just that is was a bargain - which is why I was stunned at the thoroughness of the eval and time spent - could not be more pleased maybe added by the fact that it passed inspection!

Description of Work: The man who came to service my furnace did not even recognize it as a gas furnace- thought it was a heat pump. Also- when asked about the humidifier, he admitted he forgot to look at it.

Unit is one year old so no repairs were needed, however I requested removal of filters (too small for unit) that were lunged in the bottom of the unit. | |I was appreciative that Technician used shoe covers while inside my home. | |I did not appreciate that I was not called ahead of arrival time as requested so that I could meet him at my home so he waited. I also do not appreciate granting use of my bathroom.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's Big Deal for a home heating check. Two technicians spent 1 hour checking our heating system out, cleaning and replacing filter. We are good to go for the winter. Thank you One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating!

Description of Work: It was a gas furnace inspection under a deal on Angies List and they were great. I would use them in the future.

Description of Work: Serviced the heat and then charged me $99.00 to replace the pad for the humidifier. 3 days later water was pouring out the humidifier. Able to turn the water off to the humidifier. Same technician came out that evening and said somebody must have turned the valve, water was open too much. I stated nobody touched that. He then said he would take responsibility, maybe he turned it. He also said the valve was stuck open under the humidifier and i needed a new one which was going to be 300.00. He was going to order it under the condition that the $99 for the pad be credited. In the meantime I had 2 other people in this line of work look at it and they said in no way did the valve need to be replaced that the pad had not been put tightly in. The valve all of a sudden would not stick open. Therefore, i feel like I was being pushed into something that I did not need and felt like i was made to feel it was something I did.
