Jimmie was on time and called to announce his expected arrival time. Performed all work quickly and without delay. He explained all work performed and possible recommendations.

Came on-time - called first. Careful about neatness/ not tracking in dirt. Educated customer and showing items and explaining- this was appreciated!!

It went well. Brian explained everything to me and was able and willing to answer all my questions.

I called One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating on Saturday morning July-1-2017, explaining that my A/C system was not cooling properly. They said a technician could come to the house Sunday July-2. The technician was very nice, professional, and fixed the problem.

I told him if he had to come back again I hope it's covered. I paid him $265 and he didn't find anything. He had a hard time getting to the coils. So it might be back in there somewhere. I don't know if there's anything that would move the dial up necessarily. I can't think of anything. He communicated and told me what was going on. It took a couple hours.

The techs were good and got me up and running. They were good guys, respectable. They seemed like they knew what they were doing.

Very well. Job was done exactly a described. Installers were very professional, courteous, and informative.

Once work was started it went smoothly.

Very well. They tuned up the furnace and heating in the house and they will be back in the next few weeks to do the AC services.

It is okay. I need to have them come back again because I hear some noises in my heating unit and want to make sure everything is functioning properly. We need a service too. We did a contract with them, so we get two visits a year and discounts on service throughout the year. They make an effort to be there as soon as possible. The only problem with them is that each time a different technician comes out and they all have different things to say. Sometimes that is confusing you don't know what is going on. There was one person. They are on-time. They come in when an issue comes up. You don't have to wait three days. It is just that reliability issue that is important. They left the area fairly clean.

It worked out fine, the only thing that seemed to not go as expected is the girl called sold me on a service plan and she said I would get some kind of discount on that particular day of service, but when the guy came out and fixed it I didn't see any discount. It wasn't something I could really take up with the person because he seemed like he was a contractor, I'm not sure though. Other than that, it worked fine. He completed the work the day I called or the next day. This was for my rental home, and I worked thru the tenant and they called me to say everything went ok. I think it took about an hour. I didn't hear any complaints about the cleanliness. He got the thing working well, and educated the tenant a little bit on, he was trying to manually do the thermostat, and he educated the tenant on that.

They wanted to charge me for more and I said no. They tried to up sell. I don't really feel very comfortable being up sold. What's really weird is, after he came to do the multi point inspection, my air conditioning it's getting, how should I say. See what happens is I bought a big deal and wanted to have an inspection on my air conditioning unit before the summer is getting hotter. So this guy came and he did the multi point inspection and he tried to sell something to me, I said no. Then 15 minutes later my air conditioning stopped working. So basically it just blows wind, It's not cold wind. Luckily my air conditioning unit was still under warranty. I called the warranty company and they sent someone here to fix that. Honestly I don't know if his quality is good or bad. He goes over this with me and he shows me this report, like what has to be fixed. I'm not really impressed but not bad. I remember he was here on time. I feel he was under pressure to sell me something. I made it clear that I wasn't trying to buy something so you don't have to tell me that and he stopped saying that anymore.

They did good. The overall experience was great. I think it took about an hour.

The technician was very professional and explained in detail what needed to be replaced. The best thing about them is their service contracts. Their contracts are the best deal I've seen.

The gentleman who came here was very nice. He inspected the unit and gave an estimate of the repairs.

I wasn't able to use them, but they came out and did an excellent job.

The initially misdiagnosed the problem with my furnace. The diagnosis was my inducer motor was clogged with dead wasps that had come in through the flue. They recommended a pest service to take care of the problem, so I contacted a chimney sweep and also pest service who inspected the flue and vent and cleaned everything up. By cleaning up the motor, the furnace ended up working again. The motor and fan ended up working fine after the wasps were cleaned out. The furnace company came back 3 days later with the replacement part and realized it wasn't needed so they credited me back the fee. I just paid their $49 service fee.

On time, efficient, Brian explained what need to be done, performed quickly.

Outstanding start to finish. They have been here twice and both times were thorough, on time, professional. Would not hesitate to buy the Big Deal again!

Eric arrived on time and spent a couple of hours inspecting and cleaning our central air conditioning unit. He seemed very thorough and answered all of my questions about upkeep and maintenance.

The company is very nice of accomodating my work schedule. The engineer is very knowledgeable and on time. After some troubleshooting the HVAC heating issue, he directed me the problem and showed me the cost of repair. Since the device is still under warranty, I did not go forward for the repair. The engineer was placing back to original setup, and I was able to fix it with calling the manufacturer the day after.

Fine. Tried to sell other services, but wasn't annoying about it.

He made some recommendations as to the repairs. The estimate for the work that needs to be done was way, way higher than any other companies. That was why I didn't go with them. They arrived on time. Their professionalism was okay. They came to do the service and that was pretty much it.

Very professional and got everything working right away. Checked all my systems and gave me recommendations on fixes for a bit.
