They were pleasant and punctual, and seemed to be thorough. The price was very reasonable and the quality of their work was excellent.

I pay a monthly fee to have the service. They do the work fine. Once you have this package, they do not charge for visits.

They have continually worked with me to keep up on the problem. They have a program sort of like an insurance program for eight dollars a month. And that money accumulates in an account and you are considered a premier customers. They come out the same day for premier customers. They let you use all the money you accumulate towards their service.

I had the company out in May for a "tune-up/check-up" on my Air Conditioning. The tech checked the system and replaced 2 capacitors. He talked me into joining their premium club and the visit ended up costing about $600.00. He also recommended I have my air ducts cleaned. I did. My A/C didn't really cool my house so I called back. A new tech came and said my coil needed to be cleaned, which is something the first tech should have done. So, he only charged me half of what the visit should have cost. Another $100.00. Less than a week later, my A/C wouldn't even turn on. The first tech came back, "jump started" my system and told me we needed a new thermostat (which they don't sell). We bought and installed one that night. Next day, no A/C. I called again, which happened to be on Friday. The same tech came back; since we had replaced the thermostat, he finally looked for another cause and discovered one of the brand new capacitors was blown. Since I had just bought them he didn't charge me for it, but this was "emergency weekend service" so I had to pay $100 for the visit. Never mind if he had done the job right on Thursday I wouldn't have had to pay for another visit OR pay for a thermostat when my old one was fine. FOUR visits to finally correct all the problems that should have been found and addressed on the first visit. I paid more service fees because they couldn't do the job right the first (second, or even third) time, and had to use vacation time from work to cover all the additional visits.

The installer gave me his cell phone #. I called him that night and he actually offered to come back to the house that night. I told him no, but he called back a couple of days later to do a follow up. They also showed up early. They were very professional.

Crew arrived on time and were very neat. Finished job on time. The humidifier now has a leak, which I am trying to fix myself, as I do not have time to take off from work to have fixed. I am surprised that no one called afterwards to see how the job went, particularly since I have been on their "premium" service plan.

The salesman was very good at what he does. He was courteous. He explained things. He analyzed our load. He was very persuasive without applying a lot of pressure. But, the estimate included lots of extras proposed on top of the furnace replacement - new A/C (our's is only five years old and working); central air purifier, central UV system, etc. He threw in a $1,600 "discount" to help fill his work schedule. And, even with the A/C and other extras subtracted out, the estimate was on the high-end; and it was for a furnace brand that is on the lower-end of quality as far as HVAC professionals' opinions go. He left open a $500 2-day extra discount. And a 10-day-good the estimate. I called him back within two days to say that we wanted a basic efficiency furnace without the extras and proposed a cost-figure. That was three days ago.

I waited for an estimate and never received one. I called him again and I had to remind him who I was, and then he apologized and said he dropped the ball. He said he would call me back later because he was with another client. He has never called me back since. It was over 2 weeks ago.

He was professional and on time. The work was done properly and he answered questions that we had. We appreciated the written documentation with the results.
