Description of Work: The serviceman was exceedingly poltie and professional He discovered a capacitor that needed replacing and proposed charging me $476 to do so. I declined. Afterwards, I consulted with another licensed HVAC service contractor, who told me the part would cost less than $20 and could be replaced in 20 minutes. This is price gouging to an obscene extent.

Description of Work: I called One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating to inquire about purchasing filters for my humidifier that they installed. I spoke with Ms. Terri and she dispatched Joey who was already near my house. Ms. Terri provided a complimentary inspection, for which I am so grateful for. This is not what I called for initially but I'm glad Terri and Joey provided the complimentary service for us. What I called for was to replace the filter for the humidifier. The cost to replace the humidifier was $99, which included the installation, but One Hour was able to sell a couple of filters so that I can replace for myself. Joey took the time to explain everything about the inspection and also offer things that I should be aware of, things that are not of immediate concern but might creep up in the future. He wasn't pushy to have me commit to doing any work. Overall, very professional service in the office and in the field.
