He came and didn't ring the doorbell. He called a cellphone that we weren't around and was upset we didn't answer. He wanted to charge a $55.00 fee for missing an appointment which I was fine with. We were in the house and called him back right away. He refused to come back even though I explained we didn't have heat. I would not recommend him.

After experiencing trouble with our heat pump, we contacted our home warranty company who then referred us to Hodge Brothers HVAC. They were rude, insulting, and unprofessional. Anyone who is unable to treat me with decency and respect is more than likely not going to treat my home or my property with any respect. There are a number of reputable HVAC contractors in the service area and I recommend avoiding these folks in favor of someone who treats their customers like people rather than a burden.

Truly unprofessional; no manners on how to talk to the customer. I called this company regarding heating issue - from the second I started talking I got a huge negative feeling the way person was talking from the other end of the phone. When I explained I have a baby at home and the heating issue needs to be addressed the person blandly responded to call my Home Warranty company back to do get someone else.
