While make needed-repairs, we identified two electrical outlets in the dining room that were no longer functioning. We tried circuit breaker, but still could not get them to work. Call GSW and described problem, they assessed may not be major - but would probably determine quickly. We contracted to have them come and make estimate/repairs - which they did quickly (under one hour) and then the problem was fixed. From phone calls to repairs - all complete in just a week.

They were professional. Reliable courteous. Prompt and on time.

Well, job was completed in two service trips.

The work required two visits. The electricians came when they said they would. On both visits the work was done promptly and thoroughly, and no mess was created. I am quite satisfied with the work and I would definitely use this company for any electrical work I need in the future.

Outstanding. Gave a general estimate over the phone for the work and confirmed the cost when he arrived. Quick, efficient and professional. He took a lot of time to install the antique chandelier-- making sure it was centered and hung right, etc. Cleaned up afterward and I am still happy with the work. Great personality and professionalism. Prices are fair and consistent with other electrical companies. I referred GSW to my in laws and he did a fantastic job of wiring and installing all new lighting in the 3rd floor of their older home.

Team arrived on-time, were very professional and got right to work. Team worked through some issues that arose (its an old house) but stayed on budget and timeline. Team made a mess, but thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Every thing was in working order and clean when they left.

The chandelier took much longer to install than expected because the parts included did not suffice. Other than that the work went smoothly and quickly.

He is a very nice man. He came with one helper, and I was just very impressed with him overall. We had a preexisting ceiling fan in the kitchen, and he noted that it was hot when it ran, which could've been a fire hazard so he replaced it with a new one that we bought. He installed everything, and did a good job. They are just wonderful.

I originally scheduled another company for this work, but after receiving their quote,which seemed high, I checked the list and the company did not have a very high rating. I canceled the work with the first contractor and hired GSW on a time and material basis. The hourly rate was what I expected. The technician was polite and friendly, though I did not get the impression that data and phone cabling was his specialty. The work got completed in two trips because of a special device plate that was needed. I was satisfied with the work and do not have anything decidedly negative to pass on about the company, nor do I have anything exemplary to share about them. I did not save any money using this company over my original fixed price contractor selection. The invoice, though this was a time and material job, did not detail anything about the time or materials employed on the project. This did disturb me, but I was glad to be done with the whole thing and move forward.
