+ 0 moreThey arrived a little early and were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them very highly and the use of steam rather than chemicals was very desirable as well!
Description of Work: Area rug two bedrooms and two sofas and recliner and upholstered rocker.

Description of Work: I've had Freedom Carpet Cleaning clean my carpets for years! After years of using other carpet cleaning services...Freedom offered something different. They use high pressure, hot water cleaning without chemicals. It sometimes takes the carpet a little longer to dry dependent upon the time of year I have them come out...but it's environmentally friendly. Because they do not use chemicals, there is no residue on the carpet to attract dirt back. So with other companies...I would have to have a cleaner come 2-3 times a year. I have Freedom come every year to 18 months--so a big cost savings! My carpets look brand new again...they got out stains previous companies said would not come out of the carpet. Freedom Carpet Cleaning is veteran owned --and the integrity of the work they do shows only the higest standard. The owner and his wife are friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. When I find a good service provider like Freedom, I try to keep them as long as possible! They cleaned the carpets, stairs and have cleaned my car/van carpets before.

+ -1 moreNormally I would spend $200 but this was a one off situation. It was an emergency visit and they came out the next day. They did a regular cleaning for me about a month ago. Their responsiveness was great. They are very honest, trustworthy, reliable and thorough. I don't really rave about people very much, I am really picky, but these people were amazing. They are very fairly priced, but not the cheapest; they had the best value. It's just a couple who are self employed and they don't have subcontractors; so they do all the work themselves. They are just wonderful people and are really, really good at what they do.
Description of Work: I used Freedom Carpet Cleaning about a week ago, Monday, for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreOutstanding quality and service! This company was wonderful to work with. They returned calls promptly and answered all my questions patiently and completely. They used mild, baby-safe soap and no dangerous chemicals. The carpets look new. I thought the glider was ruined after my baby vomited prunes all over it, but they cleaned it completely and there is no sign of stain. The carpets look new. I thought the kitchen chairs cushions were ready for the dump, but the cleaning brought them back to life. Freedom Carpet Cleaners were honest, careful, fairly priced and did a terrific job. What more could one ask? I recommend them enthusiastically.
Description of Work: They cleaned 3 very large bedroom carpets, the stairway carpeting, the family room carpet, 4 kitchen chairs, 1 child's chair, 1 oversized chair and 1 glider.
