They are excellent! I would recommend them to anyone!

We found that they did good reliable work at a fair price. We paid them per hour. The only downside that we had found with Flow Rite is that they are not always available for a quick turnaround. The last time we had a plumbing issue come up unexpectedly in the spring, we had to use somebody else because we needed someone that day.

The last time around, they did something that was relatively minor, like repairing a leaky faucet outside or something like that. They are very responsive and usually get somebody out here within 24 hours if I need them. I have used a number of plumbers over the years, and they have been better than anybody that I have used with one exception. They don?t do the absolute best job - not that they do a bad job - but they are good value for money. I tend to use another plumber for bigger deals because they do higher quality work - although they are more expensive - and I use Flow Rite Inc for simpler stuff. I would use them again in the future.

Problem #1 - We thought we had a leak coming from our main floor toilet. We thought the Plumber would have to remove the toilet & reseal the flange. Plumber Chris Gordon arrived on time (6:50 am). He quickly determined what we thought was a leak was old damage and that the toilet did NOT need to be repaired (big savings$). Problem #2 - Smelly/Stopped up basement toilet = 5 year old who flushed a plastic pudding container + recently departed large goldfish who got caught in said pudding container...UGH...GROSS!! Chris took care of Goldy & child got a lecture about what can & cannot be flushed down the toilet. Thank You. Problem #3 - broken sink pop ups in master bathroom & smelly drain. Fixed quickly, problem had been exacerbated by homeowner using Liquid Plumber to "cure" smelly drain. Turns out that stuff ate the plastic part of the pop-up..oops... lesson learned. New pop-ups @ $40 each. Chris recommended cleaning out the drain in the future with hot water & bleach.. self-repair 0 dollars. Problem #4 - leak from hand-held shower nozzle in kids bathroom. In trying to repair, the nozzle broke. Chris was able to replace with FREE standard shower nozzle which doesn't leak. Not sure if broken nozzle was our fault or his, but we were satisfied with the free standard nozzle until we can upgrade. Broken hand-held was 10 years old anyway.

Flowrite was recommended to us by a friend who is a builder. They were very professional on the phone and scheduled someone quickly - about a two-week wait for the first visit as they were busy (which was a good sign). We are now on their customer list, and the wait time has been much shorter. We have an old house, and have never completely re-plumbed it. So, we have intermittent plumbing problems and needed a good outfit we could rely on - for the long-term. We have had them out several times for the services listed above. Each time the plumber is punctual and prepared to do the work that was planned and any other contingencies that arose. If the work took longer than the company felt it should have, they only charged us for the hours that they felt it should have taken. They were very helpful in getting us the fixtures that we needed, and their pricing was very competitive. I have had them come to the house and let themselves in to do some of the work, when I could not be there to meet them. They are very trustworthy, thorough in their work, and clean up well. They are our plumbers for life.

The plumber gave us a call around 10min before the scheduled 7am appointment as not to startle us by just showing up. A cheerful guy at such an obscene hour. After showing him the backflow valve for the fire sprinkler system, he explained the process, and why the new valve was different from the one being replaced. And just before starting the work, he warned of the smoke alarms sounding due to pipe cutting and soldering. Everything went as described and I'm very satisfied (watched him due the work). They did give a $50 discount, which was a pleasant surprise. Somehow they got the plumbing inspector to show an hour or two after the work was completed, so I would not have to take some other day off for the inspection. I only received two quotes for the work, and am assuming its a fair price.

In and out in a matter of hours with ONE technician. Very clean and professional.

During an annual check-up it was obvious that the sedmiment build-up and general condition of the water heater there was indication that for the sake of efficency it should be replaced. We discussed the possible options for this household and selected the best water heater for our budget, type of home and daily use.

They came the very next day and came in 10 minutes early. They are licensed, bonded and insured. They made sure that all the drains were flowing properly. They also gave me all kinds of helpful information. They were absolutely phenomenal and were fabulously priced too. They accepted credit cards in addition to cash or checks. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The original plumbing was only a year old. The original contractor didn't use the proper cement. They found the problem and fixed it. They were very quality conscious and quality effective. I didn't think they charged me enough, their price was good.

2 other service providers told me I needed a whole new pipe. This company was able to snake it and take care of the entire problem. The quoted price is what I ended up paying. Very honest and professional. If they later found it was a broken pipe they were going to apply the snake job towards the cost.

WE HAVE RELIED ON FLO RITE FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW ,AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY RELIABLE, AND COMPETENT. WE HAVE AN OLDER HOUSE THAT HAS UNDERGONE SEVERAL MAJOR RENOVATIONS, AND THEY HAVE PROVED TO BE GREAT AT FINDING LEAKS WITH MINIMUM DAMAGE TO WALLS, ETC.
