Description of Work: We wanted a backyard fence in white vinyl.....I interview 3 other companies and felt Robert and Mike (owner) with Fine fence where very knowledgeable and very responsive all along the biding process. That continued all throughout our job...here workers were polite on time and did a great job!!

Description of Work: Their crew removed the old split rail fence (posts and rails) and split rail gates skirting our rather large backyard and replaced with a new split rail fence and flat cedar gates. Four men did the job in one long day. Jamie, the boss, also constructed four flat cedar gates, including an additional gate to replace an aging one on our front courtyard. The back fence looks like a million bucks, with substantial, not minimal, posts and rails. The fence was given black wire which creates a good accent and retains our springer spaniels nicely. I chose Fine Fence from among 3 highly rated Angie's list contractors whose prices were fairly close together, but Fine Fence had more awards and a good presentation which made the best sense. However, it's so important to talk to at least three contractors: out of that will come some interesting concepts and ideas concerning your project and property (in our case, low, light weight and long lasting flat cedar gates) that you will find useful in instructing the winner on what to do. So everything worked out FINE. |
