Faithful Memories

I live over 25 miles from Faithful Memories, so we met and I turned Duncan's body over to them. They have a nice pet sized stretcher they use for transport. Once he arrived there, Jen contacted me about what would happen. Normally they provide a nice wooden urn the appropriate size for the dog included in the price. I wanted a different urn that I had found on the internet and I gave Jen the link. An additional charge was included for the special urn, but Jen did all the purchasing etc so I didn't have to be burdened with it. It took about two weeks for the entire process, during which time Jen was in frequent contact. Every contact with this company was pleasant and sympathetic. It was very hard losing Duncan - 18 years is a good long time, but I knew he was in good hands. My prior two experiences were with Edy, a 10 year old cairn that died abruptly after surgery, and Godzilla a 25 year old bird. Contacts in every case were frequent, sympathetic and kind. The urns are all nice and suitable for display.
