CDS Moving & Storage

Description of Work: I entrusted this company (who was a personal friend of my husband's) to move and store my belongings for about a year at the above listed address. At the end of the year, I arrived with a moving truck to move my belongings from the storage company to my new residence (which included personal belongings and many large furniture peices). I opened the storage gate and saw that everything was ruined. They had stored my things in a storage room which had a hole in the ceiling so water drained in and molded EVERYTHING! Everything I owned was ruined (except for clothes/jewlery which I had not had stored.) I had to buy all new furniture and many personal belongings from trips overseas and objects of a deceased family member were ruined. I was devestated. Absolutely devestated. There was no apology BUT, not to worry -Scott Leizman offered to submit to the insurance company so that at least I may be reimbursed.... I submitted all of the paperwork and he told me he would be in touch- Not sure if it ever was submitted...think he might of just kept the reimbursement...in anycase, an ENTIRE 2 YEAR LAWSUIT later - with judgement in my favor for 15K - it's been 3 years now and I still haven't seen a dime. Honestly don't know how the guy sleeps at night.
