The entire experience was outstanding. Wendy Ames was our designer and she really worked to understand our needs and requirements. She worked with us through numerous changes as we made decisions along the way. Each of the contractors that worked on the project were professional and courteous. They all worked to ensure our vision was understood and considered. They all worked well together and helped each other out. We could not be happier with the results.

The project went great. It took us awhile to settle on a vendor that had both the cabinets we wanted and the countertop and could handle the plumbing. Worked with Dan to design and order the cabinets. He was professional and courteous. To save some money I tore out the old cabinets and under cabinet lighting myself. Delivery was on-time and the cabinet installer was there when the truck arrived. Installation took a couple of days for the cabinets. Once the cabinets were in, the countertop folks came in and laser measured for the countertops. About 2 weeks later the counter tops were installed. We had them back out about a month later to add some additional molding to add the finishing touch. All in all we were pleased.

They made some errors in measurement but it was fixed and it all worked out in the long run. We are pleased with our cabinets.

Cabinet Discounters helped us with our kitchen remodel project. Jim P. was extremely helpful with the design and selection of products showing understanding of what we were looking for. The cabinets were provided right on schedule and were of very good quality. Similarly, the countertop was provided and installed right on schedule and was cut absolutely perfect. We only had one issue with the cabinets and Jim P. took care of quickly. Even though we were doing this project ourselves, we were treated professionally and courteously. We had all of the support we needed. We definitely will be going back for future projects we have in mind.

They were so helpful. I had driven out to MD from the Fairfax area to pick out the slab of granite to be used in our kitchen. I had my infant daughter with me, and it was a very warm day. Not only did they watch my daughter inside the building after we had been outside in the heat for awhile, they also allowed me to feed her in their break room before we got back on the road. They were all very kind and accommodating. Plus, I saw a slab of granite that I had originally preferred but was temporarily unavailable. They helped me make the selection, gave me a new price, and inspected the piece for structural soundness. I was elated!
