+ -1 moreIt went extremely well. AJ Burns and his guys did a fantastic job. The cost was reasonable and on budget. They communicated with me frequently about the progress they were making each day of the installation and when they would arrive the next day. They kept the area clean and tidy while the work was going on. I changed the scope of the project part way through the installation and they happily accommodated me. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Burns.
Description of Work: We replaced window air conditioners with a Fujitsu split system heating/air conditioning system.

+ -1 moreWe had Mr Burns repair a busted nozzle on our furnace in the past when we ran out of oil, but he is currently our regular annual service man. I met him at the house the first couple times he worked for us, but I like him and trust him enough to leave the door unlocked for him so we can work on his schedule. I haven't had any problems or been uncomfortable doing this, and he locks the door when he's finished.
