I knew exactly where to hang the mirror. Each one had his tasks to keep the job moving right along. It's the little things, like catching drywall dust in a dust pan as they drill, laying a blanket on the buffet to prevent scratches and answering questions politely and professionally. I asked for a hanging bar for my 4 ft x 5 ft mirror. This did cost extra and means more holes in the drywall, but gives me peace of mind. Listen to the choices and confidently decide. lI CAN'T BEGIN TO TELL YOU WHAT A DIFFICULT JOB THIS WAS. I HAVE FAMILY PICTURES RANGING OVER FIFTY YEARS....DIFFERENT SIZES AND DIFFERENT FRAMES. ANDY WAS JUST WONDERFUL. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT. I NOW HAVE AN ENTIRE WALL OF PICTURES AND COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED.

They gave me an estimate going by a description over the phone. They took the time to make sure that that the mirror was centered. After making certain that was done, he made sure that it was secure to the cabinet face. They were always polite and professional.

The work was professional and quick. Before hanging the mirror, he explained that the old hardware on the back of the mirror wasn't very good and he installed new hardware. He wore protective shoe coverings and cleaned up after the work was done. The end result both looks great and is very solid. A great service experience.

Can't say enough good things about this small company. Upon entering the house they were carrying drop cloths and put on booties, which very few worker do. The hangings that I required were not for the do-it-yourselfer since they were so heavy that the standard picture hooks (even those rated at 100 lbs) would not do. I know since I hung one of the mirrors myself, only to have it pull the hook out of the drywall. The owner and his sidekick knew exactly what was required and they perfectionists to boot. For example, they hung one oval mirror and it looked fine to me, but they found it to be about 1/4 inch off, and they adjusted it repeatedly until it was spot on. After dealing with a multitude of various service workers over the last year, I would say, without qualification, that this was the best experience that I have had. Just the peace of mind that I have that those mirrors are up to stay is comforting. These men are true professionals in every sense of the word. AAAAA+++.

They had to reschedule as they missed the first appointment, but called ahead to let me know and offered to come during off hours. They said they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I frankly expected to pay more for the job- the mirror was 4 feet by 4 feet.

The team was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It took them only 45 minutes to hang both pieces, and they told me how each piece had been hung. I would definitely use the company again
