On time, on expectation of quality of work done and on price quoted. Sergio has worked as yard maintenance for us past and current, handyman and now as a licensed general contractor. He and his crew are reliable, trustworthy, courteous and perform above and beyond expectation. Over the past two years Sergio has participated in an eight step renovation of our 1953 two story house with basement. He works well with the City of Rockville code inspectors and asks all appropriate questions ahead of time to both satisfy our wishes for our house and the code requirements. The work he performs is of highest quality and we have been very happy with choices he has recommended for products were not familiar with. For any future work he will be the contractor we choose based on past experiences...very positive with he, his crew and the subcontractors he has called upon for work he is not qualified to do. He is very clear about the work he understands and is trained for and that he recommends calling for a reliable and licensed sub contractor. I have a difficult schedule with family obligations and i can count on Sergio to be on time on the days scheduled and very clear in all pertinent communication. Sergio had some excellent recommendations we gave go ahead for him to do that helped adapt our small house to my orthopedic requirements. In particular he did an amazing job transforming a and quot;micro bathroomand quot; less than five feet by less than seven feet into a functional walk in shower that accommodated a small shower seat, I could get my walker into and had appropriately placed grab rails. Absolutely made my recovery from total hip replacement more manageable.

First, the lawn: because of Sergio's careful, customized approach -- he mows when we need it, but not so often that the lawn suffers; he buys new mulch when we're low, but reallocates the mulch we already have when that will suffice -- we now have grass on a hill that never grew grass before and overall have a healthy, attractive lawn, gardens and landscaping. By far the most ambitious project for which we've called on Sergio was when we had a crisis situation with a condo we owned in DC that was trashed by a tenant. Sergio assessed the situation, gave us a price ($8000-plus) we found entirely reasonable, and then told us to leave everything to him. Within two weeks (!), and precisely on budget (!), he and the team he assembled had the condo in ready-to-market condition. I can't emphasize enough how remarkable the transformation was, the peace of mind he gave us in a stressful situation, and the added level of trust he earned for this. We are approaching the need for a new roof and gutters and are likely to ask Sergio to take that on as well.
