We just bought a 1600 sqft townhouse that desperately needed new paint inside, everywhere. We asked our realtor how much he thought it would cost to paint the interior and he said his guy could do it for 8k. WAY too much!! We went on home advisor asking for quotes. Ramon and Sons got back to us immediately, came out that day, and gave us an incredible quote, that we could actually afford. We met and worked with one of Ramonâ s sons and he was awesome. After giving us the quote, he went straight to Home Depot to buy the paint, then came the very next day to start. He actually even suggested the color, because we had no clue what would look good. The job took three days to paint every room, most of the closets, all the trim, and ceilings. On the last day, I I came and walked around; it looked amazing! The color is on point; weâ re so happy he suggested it, and the level of workmanship was awesome! There were no hidden costs, the quote was what we paid, the paint looks incredible, and all three guys were very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. I honestly canâ t say enough good things. This is our first home, we have never hired any kind of painting professional, and they made it so easy. We are definitely using them to paint our condo when we sell it and will refer them to everyone we know. Thank you so much Ramon and Sons.

Ramon and Sons did a great job. They were efficient, timely, very quick to communicate. Ramon does a great job with customer service and they take pride in their business. The job was extensive drywall repair but they kept it as clean as possible while the house was covered in plastic. I felt they gave a fair estimate for the amount of work done. Overall I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The guys worked hard and did a great job but the first day they left the tarps down with chipped paint all over them from the ceiling i was not happy about that. We spoke with them about it the next day from then on it was all good. Highly recomend.

They were able to start within a couple of days of hiring. The crew that worked on my home were on time every morning, and cleaned up at end of everyday. The quality of work was exceptional. I felt they respected my home and trusted leaving while they were there. I will continue to use for future painting needs.

Ramon & Sons are not trustworthy. They did some work for me back in October of 2016 and messed up my front porch steps I spoke with Giovanny Espin the contractor who was in charge of the project and he was unwilling to give me my copy of the contract after receiving payment nor would he give me a receipt for the $1700.00 dollars I paid him. They told me they were going to give me my money back but keep stalling on the refund. Now I have crooked steps which are perilous to use and my serpentine sidewalk is ruined because they poured the concrete on top of it. Never use these contractors and take your business elsewhere.

Ramon and his crew were excellent at explaining, follow-up and execution. Ramon is an attentive project manager, and was able to give an accurate estimate of time and effort needed, and was excellent at communicating and keeping me abreast of what was going on. The crew was very polite, skilled, efficient, and kept things very neat and clean—and they worked every day, including a holiday, by their own choice! I never wondered where they were or when they would show up. And the final product is just a joy—the house had a lot of rotting siding and it looks fresh, clean and I feel I'm fully winterized. I did provide my own paint, because I wanted the top of the line coating to try to protect against the winter weather. It was not cheap, and the materials costs, because so much siding needed to be fixed, ended up getting higher than expected, but I was aware that work needed to be done, and Ramon and I had good conversations about how to manage the expenses; he worked hard to keep things in scope but also get the result needed for the benefit of the house. And the value that came from having a licensed contractor working on a potentially complicated paint job was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this company.

Ramon and Son's finished the basement of our townhouse in Germantown. This included a little reframing, insulation, drywall, floor tile and painting. Ramon was very receptive to our requests. The folks he had working for us were all very professional, polite, and hard working. I will likely have Ramon bid on future projects.
