+ 9 moreHe is very honest. For example, our toilet got clogged and leaked into our dining room. The insurance company sent out a company that wanted to just re plaster the ceiling but Oscar stated that it was not safe and that the ceiling should be replaced. The other company agreed with this later, but Oscar's price was $500 lower, so we went with him. He is very trustworthy and cost conscious as well. He remodeled the kitchen, painted, remodeled our bathroom, put in hardwood floors, and purchased and installed kitchen appliances for $25,000. He charged us $5,000 to put in the hardwood floors, which was about 1800 square feet. His labor charges are very reasonable. He also did some wiring and plumbing for no extra charge. I am very pleased with him and will continue to use him in the future. I have already recommended him to others and they have been happy with the work as well. He is also licensed and bonded.
Description of Work: He has done our hardwood floors, some drywall, interior and exterior painting, remodeled our kitchen cabinets, installed kitchen appliances, and installed new countertops. He has also remodeled our bathroom and done some roofing repairs for us. He has also done some landscaping for us.
