All the advice we received was on-point and well executed. Did not skimp on quality and precision. We remodeled on a budget, but wanted things to look beautiful. We received excellent craftsmanship. I've learned: do not skimp on labor that comes highly recommended--the labor is the hired talent! Their work will endure and add to your home's value. Description of Work: Transformed our sun room with new tile, custom cabinetry. Basement finished with drywall, new stairs/banister, paint, floor tile. Repaired some damaged hardwood floor. I've seen evidence of their other work, and they're capable of much more. Beautiful custom work in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac, and NW DC homes. Precision, flourish, recommended little touches that added crispness and elegance within our budget. Every decision we made and they suggested, we're happy with. We remodeled for our renters with an eye toward changes that will withstand multiple residents over time, until we find it right to sell. We received wonderful advice, and we're very happy! Our only regret: That we didn't do it sooner so we could enjoy it while we were here. Next projects: Stairway update (new wood stairs, banister) Dining room ceiling (re-plaster, moulding) Bathroom (entire re-do with jetted tub, glass tiling, mill work) Flagstone patio Will rehire John and his partner Taki for all our needs. Very professional results. Highly recommend.
