Description of Work: He diagnosed the imminent total collapse of a failing, already essentially dysfunctional hard drive, and, after restoring it to minimally needed functionality, saved my data to a backup drive. He also volunteered to help me select a replacement computer from Amazon's diverse offerings. With his guidance I was able to purchase better priced and technologically appropriate machine than I would otherwise have known enough to select.
