ENRIQUE SANCHEZ

Enrique came to the apartment and measured the door, then went with the owner to Home Depot to purchase the door. When he attempted to install the door, he found that his measurements were wrong and that the door did not fit. He returned the door to Home Depot by himself, but instead of buying a new door that fit properly, he kept the money, and then refused to complete the work. Many attempts were made to collect the money. The best result was a promise from Enrique to return half. No money was ever returned and no work was ever done. Unprofessional does not begin to describe the conduct of this "carpenter." He has been reported to the Montgomery County Office of Consumer Protection.

I have paid the contractor and he hasn't completed the work, some of the carpentry that was in the storage area was partially destroyed during the installation of the door and it was it was not repaired after the work on the door was completed. When I realized that he wasn't completely dependable I broke the contract up into smaller jobs, but this didn't help.
