+ -1 moreIt was extremely reasonable, I think it was actually $85, but I paid $95 to make sure it covered everything he did. He does really good work at really good prices. They will be my first call in the future.
Description of Work: A+ Home Improvement replaced a valve and a strip behind the toilet.

+ -1 moreIn each case, Steve is prompt, knowledgable, efficient, harworking, and the most reasonably priced plumber/handyman I have ever hired. I wind up paying hundreds less than estimates from other plumbers for some of these jobs. On top of this, he is pleasant as can be, very respectful and very professional. Very caring also and he never complains! If I tell him the wrong part, instead of getting annoyed at me, he takes it in his stride, and gets the right one. And he glows when he talks abouthis kids or his wife. A happy man as well as an honest man. Very honest, very efficient. I used to dread plumbing or handyman work, because the prices were so high, and I never knew if I was being dealt with honestly. WIth Steve, I have seen what it is like when you can trust a service person completely, and know you are being treated fairly, and professionally.
Description of Work: Steve has done a lot of work for me, on three houses - my own house and two that I manage. He is a plumber, but he does all sorts of home improvement and maintenance as well. He has snaked drains for me several times; put ina new hot water heater, replaced a cracked wash basin, replaced faucets, reseated toilets, done dry wall repair, installed a ceiling fan fixture, regrouted and caulked bathroom tile, changed outdoor spigot which required indoor pipe replacement, among other things.
