The work was done well. You can't tell that the repaired area is different that any of the other walls. They cleaned up well. The contractor came back at the end to make sure that the work was done to his specifications. When I had problems latching one of the windows they came back immediately and made adjustments.

I have a two story home that we want to upgrade and remodel starting on the top floor. One hallway bathroom and a master bathroom, both having new flooring, vanities, custom tops with molded in sinks. The flooring and tub, shower areas areas tiled and new fixtures installed. New trim molding, painting, doors, hardware, exhaust fans and even recessed lighting through out the floor and we are just about half way finished. I never had such a good experience with any kind of repair service in my life. Jaye is very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. He certainly reminds you of what customer service is all about. I will use him for any kind of repairs. I no that we are not finished the project, but the comfort level that I have, I no there just will not be any problems that can not be overcome. Keep up the good work Jaye! He was excellent. He was amazing. With estimates and all communication he was always quick to respond, and very communicative, and explained all of my options and what would be the best thing to do. He gave me a fair estimate, arrived early for his appointment, and he is very skilled, very detail-oriented, very professional, and a very nice person.

Jaye Rinker, President of Willow tree Construction, came the next day after we called to review the work to be done.We were immediately impressed with Jaye's professional demeanor - Friendly but very business like.Jaye informed us that he would be subcontracting the painting and that the painting contractor would come to review the job.We were also told by Jaye that he currently had about four weeks of jobs ahead of us.The painting contractor called the next day and came the day after that.It was about a week before an estimate was provided. The work began when promised. The first order of business was to cove all floor surfaces between the entrance and work areas.Jaye installed the crown moulding while the painters stripped the wall paper from the hall bath.The crown moulding was perfect! Each wall's moulding was a single piece of wood, no seams except at the internal and external corners which were perfectly fitted. The wallpaper in the hall bath came off so quickly that first coat of paint was able to be applied the first day.In the master bedroom, the walls were primed on the first day with a sealer since something had caused the previous paint to discolor over each of the wall studs. The ceiling was also painted the first day. Unfortunately the wallpaper in the master bath could only be removed in very small pieces and occupied one of the painters the entire day. The other painter was able to give the hall bath a second coat of paint. Since the hall doors of the bath and bedroom were to be painted on both sides, the painting contractor made sure that the paint matched the color and texture of the hall's trim. Once the hall bath was completed to the point that it could be used, the toilet in the master bath was removed to facilatate its painting. Once this painting was completed the new toilet was installed. When the painting of the master bedroom was completer, Jaye made a complete inspection to make sure that everything has been completed as promised and that everything was left clean.

Jaye arrived a half our early. He was very courteous, professional, cleaned up after himself and covered everything with dropcloths. He performed the work, and after ripping off the part of the drywall that was damaged diagnosed whether it was necessary to rip more and was honest enough to tell us that it was really not necessary to do more as there was no further damage in that area. He adjusted his price to reflect that he worked less hours, and I paid about 2/3 of what we had agreed I would pay. The total price may be a little bit higher than what I would have paid if I had hired a handyman, but it was absolutely worth it. We will absolutely hire him again. There are still some issues with the house that need addressing in the coming year or so and we are very glad to have found a contractor that we can trust. These are harder and harder to find these days.

This was very perfect experience. He was very timely in responding to our call and clean. He told us how long it was going to take and how much it would cost. He was in and out. He was very polite and left notes when h was here. He cleaned up after himself. His work was excellent. If I could give him a grade on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give him a 20. They did a great job overall. I would absolutely use them in the future if I need anything at all.

Jaye arrive early for his appointment and got right to work. He was professional and courteous the whole time. He removed the existing rotted window trip, sill and window jam extension and checked to see if any addition rot had spread (thankfully no). He replaced the trim, sill and extensions with PVC window trim and caulked the window. It looks great! This is the second time we have used Jaye's services and have been extremely pleased with his work.

We had a great experience with Jaye and Willow Tree Contruction. We are building a deck ourselves, and we are on a tight schedule. When we removed one of the old ledger boards there was damage to the sill plate and rim joists under our sliding glass door. We needed to have it repaired, so we could proceed with our deck on time. Luckily, Jaye had one day available in his schedule to do the repair. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The repair is perfect. He's skilled and professional, and we will definitely hire him in the future for bigger jobs.

After getting new appliances and wanting a few things done around the house, I contacted Jaye. He was very professional and gave a good and timely estimate. His estimate came in well below others. I chose him also partly because he was insured & bonded unlike another handyman. Jaye was punctual and wonderful to work with. He leveled our counter to fit the dishwasher in as well as repaired some drywall damage behind the range hood (above & beyond scope of estimate). The weather stripping turned out to be tougher to remove than expected, but it was no problem for Jaye. He finished quickly, and did quality work. The actual cost was only slightly higher the estimate he originally gave us. I would recommend him and definitely contact him again in the future.

Jay gave me an estimate.....then I contacted him and he did his work...He covered up the ceiling hole so no cold air would come in...Jay's a very good worker...

He was very professional and timely with communication. The workmanship was very thorough and he was also diligent. He was upfront with things he could and could not do.

The man that did the work was just fantastic. He is top notch quality work. He is very conscientious.

Jaye did a really great job installing our new microwave. He was quick and efficient, friendly and punctual. He even hauled away the old microwave, a service we didn't expect to get. The price was a quarter of what another handymen company wanted to charge, and probably half of that which Best Buy wanted. After he was done installing, he verified that everything worked, demonstrated a number of the microwave's features and cleaned up after himself. All in all, the whole process took about an hour.

Jaye provided a very detailed estimate and suggestions for how to remedy the rotting wood on our exterior door. He arrived on time and immediately started working. Jaye completed the work in a very timely manner and cleaned up everything before he left. The work was completed as stated in the estimate and we are very pleased with the results. Our repair was relatively small and we are happy that Jaye was willing to accommodate us.

They came out on time and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonable.

He stayed in touch with us when he was delayed in sending the estimate, he arrived on time to do the work, and he was a very efficient worker. I definitely would hire Mr. Rinker again.

Willow Tree showed up on time to view the project. A estimate was completed and provided on time within one week. Project was scheduled to be completed from 6/27 to 7/1 while I was on vacation. When I returned on 7/4 I found the work completed exactly as quoted. Excellent! I would use them again without issue.

Excellent. He's a top notch contractor. I will use him for all my future remodeling needs.

We were very pleased with the finished results. As soon as we have another project for him, we most definitely will give them a call.

Called Mr Rinker in mid March and we're able to get together to look at the project. New refrigerator door was hitting the wall when opened. He gave me an estimate on the project, we agreed on the price and was completed several weeks later. Mr. Rinker is quite busy so you must be patient but is well worth the wait as the job was first rate top to bottom. Would use again in a heart beat as Jaye is very conscientious and professional. Jaye was prompt, professional and a really friendly guy. He did a great job with the slatwall installation. Even when we ran into the small problem of having a wall socket in the way of our installation, Jaye was prepared with all of the tools and the knowledge to solve the small problem and still install the slatwall in less than 2 hours. It is refreshing to work with someone so professional. I'd use Jaye again. Thanks!

There was damage to the ceiling and wall in the laundry room caused by a leak from the roof. I contacted Jaye and he came in assessed the damage and offered a quote. I had the roof repaired and Jaye arranged a date and time to complete the work. Jaye e-mailed me the day before to confirm the time and the following morning he showed up right on time. He came in and laid down covers over the work area, removed the items from the shelf that were in the way and took down the shelf. He repaired the damage and then told me he would have to return the next day as what he had done had to dry before applying primer and paint. Again, he showed up the following morning right on time and got the work done. Jaye then put the shelf in the laundry room back up on the wall and replaced the items back on the shelf. I would highly recommend Jaye and Willow Tree Construction and will contact him again when I need something else done.

Awesome. Jaye did some drywall work for me a couple months ago and that job went so well I asked him to replace this door. I came home and everything looked great. It is so nice to hear that sound when the door actually seals and not see any rotting wood. Jaye reinstalled my wood blinds and even fixed the clasped at the bottom of blinds that has been broken for a couple of years. I have a 80 year old house so it comforting to know I have a go to guy to call when I need any work done around the house. I highly recommend Jaye.

Jaye showed up to estimate when promised. His estimate was substantially below competitors. He guided us through purchasing, appliances, building materials, cabinets, countertops, etc. He showed up exactly when promised. His work was exceptional. He cleaned-up daily, and the job was immaculate upon completion. I've since used Jaye for a small project at my company and would recommend him for anything that he'd agree to do.
