Jaye does great work. He took out my leaky door and installed a new French door. The finished job looks great. He showed up on time and cleaned everything spotless. He was a pleasure to work with. I'm lucky I found a honest professional who does great work.

He is a carpenter, very professional and no nonsense. He has been working for me for the past 18 months. He is inexpensive and likes to get through his work. He is very diligent and he does not take breaks. He cleaned up after himself. There were a couple of imperfections but, nothing major.

Jaye was very responsive and came right out to give me a free estimate on a drywall repair and door replacement. Very punctual, informative and professional. He kept in contact with me all along. The ceiling is now repaired and looks great. Very happy with his services. Will definitely use him again.

He does everything himself and his work is really beautiful. There is definitely a wait for him, but it is worth it. His prices are very reasonable.

I was quite impressed. He didn't have time to do the job that I wanted but I have him on my short list for the next time I need something. He seemed efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. He said that he would have to think about it and get back to me. I needed someone right away so I had to move to somebody else. I appreciated the consideration he gave me because he had to really think about it instead of just giving me something off the cuff.

He did a great job. Some wrong parts came in and he switched them out and fixed it. He was very efficient. I have recommended him to friends and family.

The time between the estimate and start date was approximately six weeks. Since Jaye is working alone, his backlog was high and that was the soonest he could get to me. But, once he started the work was done within a few hours. It looked seamless once he was done. He cleaned up after himself. I asked him to replaced rotting board on the garage as well. He did fantastic job. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Mr. Rinker showed up at the appointed time. He asked a lot of questions, did a few measurements and said he'd get back to me within a week. I have yet to hear but I am very pleased that he responded and showed up on time.

Willow Tree Construction is an excellent company. The owner is professional and knowledgeable. He handled most of the work himself, and his work in every area of the renovation was well done. We did not have to worry about little details; he took care of them. He recommended companies for parts of the job, and they were also excellent. He was responsive to any concern. Jaye was excellent to work with; very personable and professional; responded quickly to email inquiries. He was punctual, provided catalogs/brochures, and made recommendations with clear explanations for specific manufacturers. He kept us apprised of the status of orders and schedules. The installations went smoothly and quickly. He cleaned up after the work was completed and went out of his way to do some touch-up painting of the trim that wasn't part of the contract. We were very impressed and would use his services in the future.

He came and did a estimate for us, for the side and front door. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Because of a unique situation of the size of our front door and side light, he presented the pro and cons of all the choices (double doors, door with side light on both sides, etc), something that other contractors did not do. He was specific to let us know what the size of those different options would feel like when walking in the house. He was willing to do research for us and install insulated glass as a sidelight so that we could keep our original design. He was flexible with the products but clear as to what he recommends. His prices were reasonable and we would have hired him. We decided to wait on the project altogether.

He was punctual and very good. I ended up using someone local who I had used before that also gave me a lower quote. He was very professional and I would call him again.

Mr. Rinker's craftsmanship is outstanding (the end result is beautiful). The estimate he provided for the job was detailed and competitive. All work was done as proposed and on time. We plan on using him again for another deck project.

The gentleman from Willow Tree was professional, but most importantly, took the time to investigate the problem and find a way to address it. As I said before, I spent hundreds of dollars with a large handyman franchise for repairs that didn't fix the problem. The Willow Tree rep pulled out a ladder to check the area closely, investigate, and propose a solution to the problem along with his estimate. He was very professional and had excellent workmanship. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
