Jaye was great, very responsive and dedicated! Highly recommended if want a contractor that you can trust to get the job done right. The work was of the highest quality and he showed up on time, everyday. I'd definitely would use again!!!

He was very good about asking exactly what I wanted and presenting me with his best advice on the where and how given the product, placement and how it would be used. Also gave good advice on a task he thought best left undone as it would be a waste of my money. Pleased with all the tasks. Feel confident that they were done properly and will never have to be redone.

The main issue that I have is that he did not match the support column on my porch; it was just a straight post and did not look at all like my original. He then said that I did not buy a deal with Angie’s List and he charged me full price for the work and would not give me the discount. The soffits were repaired except for one hole that is still there. He said that he would come back and patch it but he has not.

I contacted Jaye at Willow Tree Construction, LLC to put in a gate for me. I was looking to create a private side patio area outside of my kitchen. All in all it was a great job. I am happy with the gate and it is exceptionally well made. I believe I got my money's worth and that I would not have gotten the same quality elsewhere. I told Jaye that I wanted something that would last and, come what may, this gate will stand. I think someone else would have not have made such a substantial gate and I am happy I found and chose Willow Tree. Jaye completed the project in a timely manner. He usually does larger projects and made room in his tight schedule to do this. He built the gate in his shop and then came and installed it. He also tried to respond to my request to "make it pretty" and add special details. Jaye is professional and quiet. I called him the Ninja with a hammer because since I had an outdoor project he would come early in the morning and be gone before I knew he was here. We first made contact in July and the project was completed in September, but the actual time in was more like 2 or 3 weeks. I wasn't in a rush, had to make up mind and hardware had to be ordered as I wanted a particular opening. I write this to say, Jaye was just as patient and gracious as he could be. I would definitely use Willow Tree Construction, LLC again and plan to do so. I have a bathroom I want to have remodeled and I will not hesitate to call Jaye at Willow Tree.

Jaye was great to work with. I got several quotes and his was the best, by far. He arrived on time and was very professional in his demeanor and in his abilities. I was very impressed with the finished results and would definitely hire him again. I have already recommended him to friends.

It went great! Arrived on time, kept the work area clean, kept me up to date on the progress, completed the work over 2 days like he said he would.

Very punctual and very professional. He should up exactly on time, 8:00 am on SAT morning. He when strait to the back of the house to fix the deck. After that he repaired the vinyl siding. He had done his research and found siding that matched my existing style and color. It was an exact match. Next he went into my kitchen and removed the bottom of one of my cabinets and replaced the bottom. After that he inspected and fixed the non-working valves. All this work was done very professionally and quickly. It took him about 3 hours to do all of the required work. He cleaned up and left all areas very clean. I would definitely hire this company again. I would highly recommend anyone in the Mt Airy, Monrovia, and New Market area to contact Willowtree Construction. You will be very glad you did.

Very punctual. Great communication. Gave me clear advice about not hanging some shelving that seemed destined to just come down--I didn't get the sense he was trying to get out of something--he was genuinely concerned that my kids might pull the shelves down. His level of quality was amazing. He did jobs I just couldn't do on my own. Came very well prepared.

Willow Tree (Jaye Rinker) was awesome throughout all of our work with them. He was always here when he said he would be and worked diligently and calmly through everything that came up. Master Bath - Tile floor, walls and shower. Heated floor. Cabinet/washbasin installation. Everything excellent, as well as working with and helping us choose subcontractors for some of the tasks outside his areas of expertise. 2nd Bath - installed tile floors and walls, towel bars, mirror, fan, light fixture, cabinet/washbasin, new shower fixtures, and toilet. Everything great, especially working with a cabinet that caused some issues.. Downstairs Bath - installed tile floors, beadboard walls, towel bars, mirror, fan, light fixture, cabinet/washbasin, and toilet. The toilet tank turned out to have a micro leak in it and Jaye came out multiple times to help troubleshoot that. Kohler ended up sending a new tank and then all was good. Jaye also made custom cap trim for the beadboard to our specs, and it turned out wonderfully. Jaye is an excellent craftsman, excellent at all he does and very easy to work with. Our experience with him was way beyond what we had hoped for. If you need something done around your house, the odds are good Jaye can handle it, and if he says he can do it, he can do it well!

The quality of Jaye's work is top notch, no doubt about it. We were very pleased. He lined up the tile so well. Only complaint in that department was one block of edging that he put next to the stairs that didn't fit well - it was too narrow for the space, but he replaced it with a more appropriate board and it is much better now. He arrived a little before his scheduled time each day, setting up so that he could actually start on time which was great. He is totally professional and easy to get along with, which is appreciated as well. He could take a long time returning messages, though. He also is not cheap but you get what you pay for. And in this case, at least for our ceramic floor, it was worth the money.

a year prior, my insurance company had hired a contractor to repair a flood in my kitchen. the damage was repaired, but the root cause of the flooding wasn't fixed, so the problem occurred again a year later. the 2nd time, I went with my own choice of contractors to really fix the issue instead of just covering the damage. Willow Tree was the best. It's a small operation, but you get the best service. the estimate included several options depending on how extensive I wanted or needed to go to fix the source of the flooding. when it came to the work, weekends were not a problem for scheduling and the job was scheduled quickly so I could have a usable kitchen again. It was actually during the inspection for the estimate that I was alerted to the issue that was really causing the repeated flooding in my kitchen. so, without calling Willow Tree, I'd probably still be mopping up water year after year.

After removing the exterior siding, Jay found that the wood beams were totally rotten, and ask us how we wanted to proceed. We had a 'flat' roof and it allowed water to sit on it after every rain, and after quite some time, it ruined the entire structure. He made suggestions, and we all agreed it was best to totally remove the porch cover. Jay is going to prepare a bid to replace the flat roof with a slanted portico. I don't have enough good words to say about this man, his professionalism, and most of all, his worth ethic!!! It was so refreshing to work with someone that you trusted and could count on..

The end result was awesome. We went from 2 dark rooms to one bright, spacious room. Jaye (Willowtree) was always on time, professional, and cleaned up after working. His woodworking ability is excellent. He was also able to "pocorn" the new ceiling to match up with the old ceiling. The flooring and steps looks fabulous. He uncovered a water damaged part of the room and we were able to repair it before new flooring was installed. He checked in with us throughout the project to see what we wanted. We were very happy with his work and will definitely have him come out for our next project.

Jaye gave an estimate and was reasonably priced. He explained the process and all materials needed. He was very responsive to all emails before the start of the project. While he was here he was very professional and did an excellent job. We are extremely happy with the end result. We will definitely use Jaye's services again.

Jaye Rinker was professional and pleasant to work with throughout the project. He ordered the pocket door in advance and kept us apprised of the status of the order, and the dates he estimated he would complete the work. He was prompt, thoughtful, and his craftsmanship was fantastic. As another member commented, he does use quality products, and researched the house framing in the attic to determine whether a header was also appropriate for the situation. Jaye also spent time discussing options and offering realistic considerations for a future project. The door looks great, as if it was built with the home, operates well, and we look forward to working with Jaye in the future on other projects.

Jaye Rinker was professional and pleasant to work with throughout the project. He helped us plan our bath remodel to be accessible for seniors and to be affordable and good looking. We were able to do some demolition and finish work ourselves to save cost. Jaye was always on time, and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. He used appropriate quality materials, and explained his work and what we would need to do. We are happy with our new bathroom and plan to use Jaye to do our other bathroom.

Mr. Rinker is a true craftsman. I was so impressed with the quality of work. I wanted 2 wood window cornices for my living room but was not sure exactly what style I was looking for. He was kind enough to create 2 mock ups to help me decide on a style. I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling him when we finally install a mantle over our fireplace.

Jaye sets the standard in terms of "handyman" services. We have used him on three occasions in the past 6 months. In each case the price has been fair, he has shown up when he promised to and the quality of the work is excellent. We will continue to use him and would highly recommend him to others.

He did a wonderful job. Completed the work when he said it would be done , and above my expectations, Very high quality of work. He also worked with me because I had to delay the work for 3 months and he still honored the original estimate. I will use him again to replace and repair my storm door and trim around it , and any future repairs that the house might need.

Excellent service. Responded quickly to our request to come out and give us an estimate. Estimate was very economical. Jaye had to call and pursue a replacement window by a company that had gone out of business...once the window came in it was installed quickly and now functions better than our existing windows. I would def. hire again.
