They do a super job. They are not the cheapest painters but they are certainly one of the best. I find that if you want better services you are going to have to pay for it.

They were a subcontractor to our general contractor so I am sure that their direct price is much lower than what we paid our general contractor. Leonard supervised the work personally and even did some of the painting. They did an excellent job and cleaned up each day. I would hire them again to do painting. They were very professional and punctual.

The have painted muliple rooms in my home. They are meticulous. I would not hesistate to recommend them to anyone.

They did not apply a primer and the paint began to peel in 6 months. I called to have them come out and got no response with two phone calls. Now the roofs are a mess and it will cost me a lot of money to have them scraped and done properly.

They arrived on time with 3 painters ready to work. They were polite and careful. They scrapped and patched and sanded the walls and caulked the crown molding and painted all areas. They covered all openings to other areas in the house when they were sanding to keep the dust in the areas where the sanding occurred. They worked (except for lunch) non stop. They were quiet while working. They put down drop cloths everywhere and taped off the trim so we'd have a nice neat line. They did a nice job cleaning up too; they had a vacuum to get all the bits and pieces up. I would not hesitate to use them again. If you are someone who likes a job done perfectly, don't hesitate to use them. I'm a little bit ocd and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did.

They did all the work in a very reasonable amount of time; it took approximately a week. The crew knew exactly what it was doing and there clearly was a crew chief. They checked with me every day to see if I had any questions and they did an absolutely excellent job. Their timeliness stood out; they showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. I have dogs so if they came inside the fence they had to make sure the fence was closed; they were very careful about that. They cleaned up at the end of every day and the crew chief checked in with me at the beginning and ending of each day to let me know what they were going to do the next day. The company owner checked in every Thursday to make sure that I was still satisfied and that I did not have any issues with them. It was an extremely professional and reliable service; I would not hesitate to call them again. It was a huge job. I don't think the price was a bargain but I definitely felt I got my money's worth.

Once they began the interior painting job, they were punctual, professional and did excellent work. They completed job on time and accommodated last minute changes I asked for. The exterior work was completed in one day, and met my expectations.

Lane and Son's is wonderful to work with. This is the second time we have used them. We have a lot of wall paper in our house and both times they have done a wonderful job with the removal and the painting. The paint job is great, we are so happy with the job they have done. They are also very accomodating, we had a specific paint that we needed them to use and it wasn't the normal brand they use, they had no problem going to 2 different stores to pick up the paint. I would highly recommend them!

We had a large living room/dining room that had been wallpapered 14 years ago that we wanted removed and the room painted. Along with painting the LR/DR, we had 2 stairways and the upstairs hallway to paint the same color. The estimate was very reasonable, and we accepted the contract. The work began on Wednesday and they finished up on Thursday. They did a magnificent job - everything looks great. They even did some extra work that was not specified in the contract because they felt it would make a better finished product. I have used this company in the past for interior and exterior painting, as well as deck washing/staining, and I will continue to do so. They always do a great job, and I highly recommend them.

They're very detail oriented, as if you don't like something, they'll fix it. We asked them to take care of something and they did without any problems.

The quality of the work was very good. We haven't had to repaint it since. My husband touches it up, but we haven't had to repaint it at all.

They were excellent. I think I am going to call them again to do some work. I don't remember how much I spent but it was thousands of dollars. They weren't the cheapest but their service was superb, so I felt it was worth paying the extra money for it.

They arrived punctually every day at 6 am and left at 2 and worked very hard each day. It took them 5 days due to the difficulty of the work. I am very satisfied with Lane & Sons Painting and will hire them again to do other work. They are coming next week to paint some old gutters on the garage.

It went pretty well overall. The company was very prompt and helpful during the estimate process and they were the only company the provided a very detailed, professional estimate. The job involved tearing out all rotted wood trim and replacing it and then painting it, the front door and the iron railings. This included major work on the trim on our bay window - one section of it was just completely gone. During the actual work phase, they were very punctual and arrived everyday early for work and worked all day until around 4 pm. They also let us know promptly the first day it would be an extra $100.00 for more trim (there was more rotten wood than they had anticipated). The work performed was very good, not super - we noticed occasionally the workmen cutting small corners (i.e. leveling/sanding part of the trim that was not flush with the original, which we pointed out and they did fix). The work done was very good. They did a fantastic job of matching the removed bay window trim to the rest of it. And they really cleaned the yard up nicely after themselves after each days' work. The only things that bothered me was the trampling of one of my plants and finding a few paint splatters on the front stoop and deck. Otherwise, they did a nice job and the house looks great! The price stayed on estimate and the job was done within the time frame given (with the exception, of course, for the weather a couple of days). We had a pleasant experience with this company and I would recommend them to other people.

I had had three vendors give me estimates. Mr. Lane's was competitive. He & his assistant arrived on time & completed the work within the time frame. Because they do residential & commercial painting, interior & exterior, it was not possible for me to get my first choice of date/time for an appointment, but confirming an appointment was not too difficult. They arrived on time, completed the work according to the estimate & did more than they had to. Overall a good experience.

We got an estimate. Once accepted, we made a deposit of one-third of the cost. We were scheduled for three weeks later. The job was done at that time. They did an excellent job. When the side door to the garage (which they had painted) did not open properly, they replaced the doorknob.
